Abstract: Emergency stop device for a shuttle moveable in a horizontal plane on two elongated rails arranged in parallel, comprising at least one pressure biased locking shoulder displaceable in a horizontal plane, and at least one stabilizing wheel arranged together with the locking shoulder in a holder and protruding outside the locking shoulder, wherein the stabilizing wheel is rotatable in a horizontal plane. The locking shoulder and the stabilizing wheel together have an extension such that they together can be received, at least partially in a hole provided in a substantially vertical web of the rail at an end portion of the rail, when biased by the pressure bias. A frictional coupling arranged between the shuttle and holder allows limited movement of the shuttle in the horizontal plane after that the locking shoulder has reached a locked position vis-ã-vis the rail.
Abstract: A three-dimensional goods storage arrangement includes a system of beams with a number of levels and, arranged in these and extending in two main directions, channels for goods. A lift is included together with transport elements and is controlled by control elements and sensors for automated transfer of goods. Time or date information concerning the arrival and expected dispatch of the goods influences the automated transfer of goods in order to shorten the time at dispatch.
Abstract: In a method for automated colour mixing in a customer-operated and enclosed arrangement, a container with colour base component can be inserted and shaken, the tin with the shaken colour base component is provided with a hole, one or more doses of colour pigment are added via the hole, the hole is closed and shaking is then carried out again. Devices for carrying out the said functions are controlled by microcomputer equipment that is arranged to work interactively with the customer. The making of the hole is carried out using a knife edge or injection device that penetrates the material of the container. The dosing of the colour pigments is carried out by means of a pump and valve arrangement in which one or more valves are opened and closed or by means of a pressure or piston arrangement. The dosing is initiated in the open state of the valve or by activation of the pressure or piston device.
