Abstract: A non-stick warp-knitted elastic fabric of a warp-knitted structure, comprising at least a low-fluffiness yarn Y1, a high-fluffiness yarn Y2, and an elastic yarn Y3, wherein the low-fluffiness yarn Y1 and the high-fluffiness yarn Y2 are both located on the surface of the fabric and arranged at intervals of each other; the low-fluffiness yarn Y1, via a bar threaded ai-in, bi-out, forms a low-fluffiness structure, while high-fluffiness yarn Y2, via another bar, threaded mj-out, nj-in, forms a high-fluffiness structure; the elastic yarn Y3 forms an elastic structure; and both the low-fluffiness yarn Y1 and the high-fluffiness yarn Y2 form raised areas on the skin-facing surface of the fabric. According to the present application, the fabric of the above structure not only does not stick to the body, but also has properties of good air permeability, quick moisture absorption and drying, and less prone to curling.

  • Patent number: 11753746
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a fabric, a preparation method thereof and clothing formed therefrom. The preparation method includes the following steps: obtaining bio-based synthetic fiber chips from textile waste materials; obtaining extruded filaments from the bio-based synthetic fiber chips by adopting a spinning solution; and weaving and interlocking the extruded filaments with bio-based elastic fibers to obtain the fabric. The prepared fabric is obtained from the textile waste materials, so that waste recycling is realized, and the pollution of the textile wastes to the environment is avoided. The spinning solution is adopted in the preparation process of the fabric, so that the opacity and hydrophilicity of the fabric can be enhanced.

  • Patent number: 11560655
Abstract: The present invention discloses a hemming-stitch-free warp-knitted elastic fabric and a method for knitting thereof. The method includes: making a non-elastic yarn pass across a guide needle of the first guide bar and form the surface of the fabric by knitting via two needles or three needles in a 1×1 or 2×1 warp plain stitch loop mode, and making an elastic yarn pass across a guide needle of the second guide bar and form the inside of the fabric by knitting with the aforementioned non-elastic yarn in the same direction via three needles in a open double warp plain stitch loop mode, and two loops are continuously formed on each course of the open double warp plain stitch loop. The hemming-stitch-free warp-knitted fabric produced according to the present invention has good snagging grade, moderate horizontal straight tensile force and good resilience.

  • Publication number: 20200115545
Abstract: A biodegradable polyester fabric and preparation methods thereof are disclosed. A biodegradable additive is added to PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) to allow rapid biodegradation of a textile material in soil, achieving the advantages of environment protection and the like. In addition, different raw materials can be selected for the PET. When recyclable PET bottles, PET packages or polyester fabrics are selected, the waste PET bottles, PET packages or polyester fabrics can be recycled and reused to prepare a biodegradable type of product, which not only reduces economic cost but also achieves multiple advantages such as environmental protection. For the biodegradable polyester fabric, a dye additive can also be added while adding the biodegradable additive to prepare a dye-doped biodegradable polyester fabric, thereby preventing the production of dye wastewater to achieve the purpose of environment protection and moreover, to reduce the preparation cost, with a new biodegradable polyester fabric obtained.

  • Patent number: 10493306
Abstract: A fire hose coupling, such as a quarter-turn Storz-style coupling, has a substantially annular body having a first end connected to a fluid-carrying conduit and a second end for connecting to another coupling. The fire hose coupling also includes at least one locking lever movable between an unlocked position and a locked position. The lever locks the annular body of the coupling to the other coupling. The locking lever has a light-reflecting surface to improve visibility of the lever. This facilitates assembly and disassembly of the couplings in conditions of poor visibility.
