  • Publication number: 20090025100
Abstract: DWARF12 (DWF12) sequences, mutants and methods of using the same are disclosed. The dwf12 polynucleotides can be used in the production of transgenic plants which display at least one dwf12 mutant phenotype, so that the resulting plants have altered biochemistry, structure or morphology.

  • Publication number: 20040244077
Abstract: The present invention relates to novel, polynucleotides isolated from dwarf plants. The dwf4 polynucleotides that encode all, or a portion of, a DWF4 polypeptide, a cytochrome P450 enzyme that mediates multiple steps in synthesis of brassinosteroids. The present invention also relates to isolated polynucleotides that encode regulatory regions of dwf4. Uses of the dwf4 polypeptides and polynucleotides are also disclosed.

  • Publication number: 20040148655
Abstract: Dwarf5 (dwf5) mutants and methods of using the same are disclosed. The dwf5 polynucleotides can be used in the production of transgenic plants which display at least one dwf5 phenotype, so that the resulting plants have altered structure or morphology. Also described is the DWF5 genomic sequence.

  • Publication number: 20040133948
Abstract: Dwarf7 (dwf7) mutants and polypeptides, as well as methods of using the same, are disclosed. The dwf7 polynucleotides can be used in the production of transgenic plants which display at least one dwf7 phenotype, so that the resulting plants have altered structure or morphology.
