Abstract: Use of N,N-dimethyl-1-[1-(4-chlorophenyl)cyclobutyl]-3-methylbutylamine or a pharmacologically acceptable acid addition salt thereof for manufacture of a cerebral function improver for the treatment of cerebral function disorders, which is useful as an improver for cerebral function disorders such as amnestic syndrome, senile dementia and Parkinson's disease, since it can intensively activate the central nervous system, especially dopamine neuron, and also increase the spontaneous movement in human or animal.
