  • Patent number: 10878016
Abstract: Methods and systems for providing a network graphical representation of database records. Database records of a record class can be selected according to descriptive criteria. An attribute of the record class can be identified from different data sources, and a network node can be associated to an instance of the attribute from the database records. The network node can be connected with a network link that designates the network node and comprises a common instance of the attribute, wherein the network link can be based on a co-occurrence of attribute values. Additional network nodes can be connected to other network nodes with network links that designate associations between the network nodes. The database records can be visualized using network nodes and network links.

  • Patent number: 10789460
Abstract: Methods and Systems for determining a probability of relevance for a new resume. Existing resumes that have a high probability of relevance for a position can be chosen. A vocabulary of words can be built. Each word can be mapped into a vector such that each existing resume can be represented by a sequence of vectors and each sentence and/or paragraph in the resume can be represented by a subsequence of vectors including a subset of the sequence of vectors. Data augmentation, including changing the order of subsequences in order to create additional resumes represented by subsequences, can be applied. A deep neural network can be trained using the subsequences that represent the existing resumes and the subsequences that represent the additional resumes. New resumes can be classified using a trained deep neural network. A relevant resume can be output using the trained deep neural network.

  • Publication number: 20180293497
Abstract: A processor circuit may perform processing associated with storing in a memory a record for each of a plurality of transactions, each record comprising an indication identifying at least one item, of a set of items, involved in the transaction and an indication of a time elapsed between the transaction and a previous transaction. The processor circuit may perform processing associated with analyzing a sequential plurality of the transactions using at least a long short term memory (LSTM) network to produce a probability that the at least one item will be involved in a next transaction for each at least one item, and a time estimate until the next transaction occurs. The processor circuit may perform processing associated with storing each probability and the time estimate in the memory as a prediction.

  • Patent number: 9119054
Abstract: Communication systems and methods support communication between multiple devices. In some embodiments, a method initiates a communication session between a first device and a second device via a server. The method identifies a first user associated with the first device and identifies a second user associated with the second device. An interaction history between the first user and the second user is accessed from the server and communicated to the first device for display on the first device.

  • Patent number: 8818756
Abstract: A method and apparatus are provided for predicting the outcome of a project and, if needed, increasing its likelihood of success. Numerical values are assigned to a set of predetermined factors affecting the outcome of the project. The values are assigned based on a subjective evaluation of each factor with respect to the project. The factors include the duration of the project, the performance integrity of persons involved in implementing the project, the perceived commitment of senior management to the project, the local commitment to the project and the effort required to implement the project. A score is calculated based on the values assigned to the factors. The score is applied to empirical data on prior project outcomes and scores to determine the probability of success of the project. If desired, project changes can be implemented and new values assigned to one or more factors to improve the score and increase the probability of success of the project.
