Abstract: A two piece wheelhas an inner tire rim half with an inwardly directed annular flange and an annular groove receiving an O-ring seal, an outer tire rim half has an annular chamfer at its inner edge fitting over and compressing the O-ring seal, a wheel spider secured to the inside of the outer rim has a matching inwardly directed annular flange, an annular reinforcing brake attaching flange is adjacent the rim and spider flanges, and studs and nuts fasten the three flanges together.
