About 80% or greater of the hydrochlorofluorocarbon mixture is the fluoroolefin. The dehydrohalogenation product also includes a caustic agent and a solvent. In some embodiments, the dehydrohalogenation product is free of any catalyst, including any phase transfer catalyst.
