When a switching signal indicates that the synchronous rectifier is turned from on to off and the main switching transistor is turned from off to on, a gate voltage of the synchronous rectifier is pulled down to be lower than a threshold voltage of the synchronous rectifier and higher than zero voltage by a body effect of a MOS transistor, and timing is started. When detecting that a gate voltage of the main switching transistor rises to a first voltage or the timing reaches a first time, the gate voltage of the synchronous rectifier is pulled down to the zero voltage.

Abstract: The present invention discloses an ultra-small-sized 4K-resolution ultra-short-focus projection optical system, which is characterized by including in sequence in a projection direction: a DMD chip, an equivalent prism, a 4K oscillating mirror, a refraction lens assembly and an aspherical reflector. Through reasonable distribution of focal power, the semi-aperture size of the reflector is reduced to be less than 50 mm, and the assembling sensitivity is substantially reduced, so that batch production can be realized.

An estimated reformed fuel heat generation quantity is calculated based on the molar number of reformed fuel, mole fraction of each gas component in the reformed fuel, and heat generation quantity of each gas component in the reformed fuel. When a value resulting from subtracting the estimated reformed fuel heat generation quantity from the required reformed-fuel heat generation quantity is negative, a fuel reforming operation is not executed, assuming that there is a possibility that surplus reformed fuel may be generated. For example, a fuel supply from an injector to a fuel reformation chamber is stopped.

Abstract: A method for making MnBi2Te4 single crystal is provided. The method includes: providing a mixture of polycrystalline MnTe and polycrystalline Bi2Te3 in Molar ratio of 1.1:1˜1:1.1; heating the mixture in a vacuum reaction chamber to 700° C.˜900° C., cooling the mixture to 570° C.˜600° C. slowly with a speed less than or equal to 1° C./hour, and annealing the mixture at 570° C.˜600° C. for a time above 10 days to obtain an intermediate product; and air quenching the intermediate product from 570° C.˜600° C. to room temperature. The method for making MnBi2Te4 single crystal is simple and has low cost.

The present disclosure solves the problem that the turn-on time of the water pump of the air conditioner in the prior art is not smart enough, so as to make the turn-on time of the water pump of the air conditioner more intelligent, whilst improving the safety of the water pump of the air conditioner is improved, and saving the energy.
