Abstract: Disclosed are an organometallic iridium compound and application thereof. The organometallic iridium compound has a general formula of Ir(La)(Lb)(Lc), where La is a structure represented by Formula (1), and Lb is a structure represented by Formula (2). The compound provided by the present invention has the advantages of high optical and electrical stability, low sublimation temperature, small emission half-peak width, high color saturation, high luminous efficiency, long device life and the like, and can be used in organic electroluminescent devices. In particular, the compound has the potential for application in the AMOLED industry as a red light-emitting dopant.

Abstract: The semiconductor device of the present invention includes a first conductivity type semiconductor layer made of a wide bandgap semiconductor and a Schottky electrode formed to come into contact with a surface of the semiconductor layer, and has a threshold voltage Vth of 0.3 V to 0.7 V and a leakage current Jr of 1×10?9 A/cm2 to 1×10?4 A/cm2 in a rated voltage VR.

Abstract: This application relates to a communication method and system. A first network element receives information about downlink data from a second network element, where the downlink data is from a core network device. The first network element is a first DU, and the second network element is a first CU; or the first network element is a first CU-CP, and the second network element is a first CU-UP. If the downlink data meets a downlink small data transmission condition, the first network element sends a paging message that indicates a terminal device to initiate a downlink small data transmission procedure. For example, the first network element is a DU, and the downlink data from the core network device may reach a CU.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides methods and apparatuses for evaluating a quality of an image detected by a camera of a video conferencing device. A method includes sampling a current frame of an input video stream, extracting image quality information from the current frame, comparing the extracted image quality information with reference image quality information generated by an image quality model, selecting, based on the comparing, an image quality mode of the current frame, and proceeding with performing image analysis on the current frame, based on the image quality mode. The image analysis includes at least one of face recognition and object recognition.

Abstract: An aspartic acid copper complex, a use thereof, and a feed composition containing said aspartic acid copper complex. The chemical structure of the aspartic acid copper complex is [(Cu(II))(Asp)(H2O)m]·(H2O)n, wherein Asp is L-Asp or DL-Asp, m is any integer from 0 to 10, and n is any value from 0 to 10. The present aspartic acid copper complex is applied to animal breeding. Calculated using the copper element, a physiological requirement usage amount may promote the growth of livestock and poultry at all stages of the growth cycle, and during high dose use, and the growth performance of the animals is normal under high-dose use, thereby overcoming problems such as excessive use of high-dose inorganic copper in the breeding industry being harmful for animals.

Abstract: A method for manufacturing a nitride semiconductor substrate in which a nitride semiconductor is formed on a substrate for film formation includes: (1) subjecting a substrate for film formation made of single-crystal silicon to heat treatment under a nitrogen atmosphere to form a silicon nitride film on the substrate for film formation, (2) growing an AlN film on the silicon nitride film, and (3) growing a GaN film, an AlGaN film, or both on the AlN film. A method for manufacturing a nitride semiconductor substrate can prevent diffusion of Al to the high-resistance single-crystal silicon substrate when the AlN layer is epitaxially grown on the high-resistance single-crystal silicon substrate, and the GaN or the AlGaN layer is epitaxially grown on top of that.

Abstract: A display device according to an example of the present disclosure includes a display panel having a plurality of pixels, a plurality of routing lines disposed on an outer surface at one side of the display panel, a wiring substrate disposed on a lower surface of the display panel and having a plurality of connection lines respectively connected to the plurality of routing lines, and a printed circuit board disposed at one side of the wiring substrate, thereby reducing manufacturing costs without a design constraint which can be caused by a dead zone.

The composite bent portion is bonded and fixed to at least part of the annular portion. The speaker diaphragm of the present disclosure is beneficial to reduce the rocking vibration. A speaker having the speaker diaphragm is also disclosed.

Abstract: This disclosure provides a diagnostic method for a position and orientation of a LiDAR, where the LiDAR is fixed to an apparatus, the diagnostic method including: determining a first reference data of scanning a calibration object by the LiDAR when it is in a standard position and orientation; controlling the LiDAR to scan the calibration object in a current position and orientation and collect a first measurement data of the LiDAR; and determining, based on the first reference data and the first measurement data, whether the current position and orientation of the LiDAR deviates from the standard position and orientation. In embodiments of this disclosure, using the characteristics of point cloud data of the LiDAR, the LiDAR diagnoses by itself an abnormal change in its relative position and orientation to the apparatus during the normal operation without the cooperation of other detector devices. Calculations of the diagnostic method are simple, and results are accurate.

Abstract: Proposed is a stand-alone enclosure that integrates an immersion thermal management system and a battery. More particularly, proposed is an immersion cooling battery system integrated with an enclosure, which is a battery system integrated with an immersion method that complements various shortcomings of a battery system using the immersion method, thereby reducing production costs, simplifying manufacturing, easing maintenance and repair, enabling efficient thermal management, and securing high fire safety, wherein the battery system enables battery operation regardless of external environmental conditions and is designed to prevent surrounding environmental pollution due to leakage of a fluid, an immersion cooling medium.

The row identifier is determined by the third party and exists in a form of ciphertext in an index table. A row identifier of a candidate row can be restored to a plaintext.

Abstract: The present application provides a backlight module and a liquid crystal display device; the first portion of the slit adhesive is formed with a notch, so that when internal stress generates in the slit adhesive due to environmental changes, the internal stress can be released through the notch, thereby preventing the slit adhesive from warping and improving the yield of the backlight module.
