Abstract: A voltage supply unit includes a control circuit, a capacitor circuit and a unidirectionally-conductive circuit. The control circuit controls an output end of the control circuit to be electrically connected to a first input end or a second input end of the control circuit under the control of a voltage signal from a first voltage output end. The capacitor circuit controls a potential at a first input end. When a difference between a first level and a potential at the first input end is greater than or equal to a predetermined on-state voltage, the unidirectionally-conductive circuit allows a unidirectional current flowing from a first level end to a first end thereof, and when the difference between the first level and the potential at the first input end is smaller than the predetermined on-state voltage, controls the first level end to be electrically disconnected from the first input end.

Abstract: Disclosed are a method, a terminal, and an apparatus for extracting a headword and a computer-readable storage medium, wherein the method comprises: acquiring a text information input by a user; determining an out-edge weight of each search term of the text information; calculating a linkage-matrix for the each search term; calculating a priori score of the each search term according to a preset document library; determining a random jumping vector for the each search term according to the priori score; calculating a first preliminary score of the each search term according to the linkage-matrix and the random jumping vector; determining a second preliminary score of the each search term according to a preset part-of-speech configuration rule; determining a final degree score of the each search term according to the first preliminary score and the second preliminary score; extracting the headword of the text information according to the final degree score.

Abstract: In an n-type current diffusion region, a first p+-type region underlying a bottom of a trench (gate trench) is provided. In the n-type current diffusion region, a second p+-type region is provided between adjacent trenches, separated from the first p+-type region and in contact with the p-type base region. In the p-type base region, near a side wall of the trench, a third p+-type region is provided a predetermined distance from the side wall of the trench and is separated from the first and the second p+-type regions. The third p+-type region extends in a depth direction, substantially parallel to the side wall of the trench. Abstract: Disclosed is a rollable display, which prevents slippage between a flexible display panel and a back plate attached to the flexible display panel for supporting the same. The rollable display has a feature in different patterns of the back plate for each area. In addition, the rollable display has a feature in that a display unit is foldable and non-foldable via a link unit so as not to be folded or rolled multiple times in the same direction.

The source device may include an interface configured to perform high-bandwidth digital content protection (HDCP) authentication with the sink device, and a controller configured to determine an HDCP version supported by the sink device, convert the content so as to be encrypted in the HDCP version supported by the sink device in response to a determination that another HDCP version applied to the content is not supported by the sink device, encrypt the converted content in the HDCP version supported by the sink device, and control the interface to transmit the content to the sink device.
Abstract: A method and system for converging a 5th-generation (5G) communication system for supporting higher data rates beyond a 4th-generation (4G) system with a technology for Internet of Things (IoT) are provided. The present disclosure may be applied to intelligent services based on the 5G communication technology and the IoT-related technology, such as smart home, smart building, smart city, smart car, connected car, health care, digital education, smart retail, security and safety services. The method for transmitting and receiving a phase compensation reference signal (PCRS) to compensate for phase noise. The method may determine whether a first precoding is applied to a demodulation reference signal (DMRS) and the PCRS to be transmitted to a terminal. The base station may also generate the DMRS and the PCRS, based on whether the first precoding is applied to the DMRS and the PCRS, and transmit data, the DMRS, and the PCRS to the terminal.
Abstract: In some embodiments, a method includes: obtaining position information of a wireless hotspot where the user locates, based on hotspot scanning information of wireless hotspots already scanned by the user; acquiring one or more candidate Points of Interest (POIs) close to the wireless hotspot based on the position information; based on characteristic information corresponding to the wireless hotspot and respective candidate POIs, ranking all candidate POIs to determine an POI matching the wireless hotspot, wherein the characteristic information comprises access characteristic information. In some embodiments, the following advantages may be realized: the POI matching the wireless hotspot is obtained based on relevant data that the user scans the wireless hotspot to predict the POI actually accessed by the user without a procedure of manually collecting the data or user feedback, thereby improving the efficiency.
Abstract: Various examples of the present invention relate to a multimedia data processing method of an electronic device and an electronic device thereof, and the multimedia data processing method of an electronic device can comprise the steps of: acquiring information related to multimedia data from the electronic device when storing the multimedia data; linking the acquired information to the multimedia data and storing the same; and linking the stored information to the multimedia so as to output the same by audio, when the multimedia data is selected. In addition, various examples of the present invention include examples other than the above described example.

Abstract: A detection target portion of a device is captured by an image capturing unit. An operation unit of the device is operated by a user and causes the detection target portion to move in conjunction with the operation unit in accordance with the operation. A detection target portion image representing the detection target portion comprised in a captured image captured by the image capturing unit is detected, and at least one of a position and a shape of the detection target portion image in the captured image is specified. Then, based on the at least one of the position and the shape of the detection target portion image, it is determined whether or not a condition for performing a first process that is information processing is satisfied. Then, based on data output from an inertial sensor, the condition is changed.
Abstract: The disclosure is related to a method, an apparatus and a computer-readable medium for controlling a terminal. The method includes: obtaining a cover closing instruction where the cover closing instruction indicates that an upper cover and a lower cover of the terminal are closed; obtaining, in response to the cover closing instruction, a program running on the terminal; and determining an operation to be performed by the terminal based on the program running on the terminal, where the operation to be performed by the terminal includes any one of: shutdown, sleep, maintaining normal operation, or screen off.
