Abstract: Provided are a heat-shrinkable polyester-based label, and a package which each have a solvent-bonded portion where no solvent permeation-through is caused even when a film of the label is small in thickness. Provided are, in particular, a heat-shrinkable polyester-based label and a package which each have a solvent-bonded portion giving a high peel strength stably even through a high-speed tubing step, or even when the film is a heat-shrinkable polyester-based film in which a PET-bottle-recycled material is used in a large proportion. The label is a heat-shrinkable polyester-based label that is a tubular label in which both end portions of a heat-shrinkable polyester-based film are bonded to each other with a solvent composition. In this label, the solvent composition is a solvent composition containing at least 1,3-dioxolane and/or tetrahydrofuran (THF), and a polyester, and the end portion bonded has a peel strength of 2 N/15 mm or more.

Abstract: The present disclosure is applied to cosmetics techniques and provides a nail-printing device. The nail-printing device includes a printing head and a drying mechanism. The printing head is configured to move along a set path to spray nails under driving of a driving mechanism; the drying mechanism is configured to dry the nails in a spraying process, disposed on a peripheral side of the printing head, and configured to synchronously move with the printing head.

Abstract: A method of controlling a radio resource control (RRC) state includes: when user equipment (UE) is in an RRC inactive state and has to-be-transmitted service data, UE information of the UE and data information of the to-be-transmitted service data for the UE are determined; and when the UE information of the UE and/or the data information of the to-be-transmitted service data for the UE satisfy a preset condition, the UE is controlled to switch to an RRC connected state. An apparatus and a base station employing the method can accurately and effectively determine the RRC state of the UE, thereby improving the transmission efficiency of service data between the base station and the UE.

Abstract: An artificial neural network (ANN) system includes a processor, a virtual overflow detection circuit and a data format controller. The processor performs node operations with respect to a plurality of nodes included in each layer of an ANN to obtain a plurality of result values of the node operations and performs a quantization operation on the obtained plurality of result values based on a k-th fixed-point format for a current quantization of the each layer to obtain a plurality of quantization values. The virtual overflow detection circuit generates a virtual overflow information indicating a distribution of valid bit numbers of the obtained plurality of quantization values. The data format controller determines a (k+1)-th fixed-point format for a next quantization of the each layer based on the generated virtual overflow information. An overflow and/or an underflow are prevented efficiently by controlling the fixed-point format using the virtual overflow.

Abstract: There is provided a battery cooling control system capable of efficiently and effectively controlling the cooling of a battery. While an electric powered vehicle travels and/or stops, it is determined whether or not there is an indication of a battery being charged, and if it has been determined that there is the indication of charging being performed, it is determined whether or not there is a necessity for cooling the battery, and if it has been determined that there is the necessity for cooling the battery, the battery is cooled to a predetermined value during traveling. In addition, based on at least a state of charge of the battery and/or a driving range, it is determined whether or not there is an indication of charging being executed, and based on a real-time battery temperature, an increase in battery temperature caused by charging, and an upper limit value for a predetermined allowable battery temperature range, it is determined whether or not there is a necessity for cooling the battery.
