Abstract: A method and an apparatus for driving a display panel, and a display driver integrated circuit chip are provided. The method includes: determining an order in which display divisions on the display panel are to be driven, when determined not to update respective refresh rates of the display divisions; determining electric signal gear ranges for the display divisions based on the refresh rates of the display divisions, respectively; and driving the display divisions sequentially in the determined order and based on the determined gear ranges. With this method, the power consumption can be reduced while the display effect is improved.

Abstract: Disclosed are an equipment malfunction diagnosis apparatus using a sound spectrogram image, and a method therefor. In other words, the present invention collects sound data through a sensor unit provided at one side of equipment, converts the collected sound data into a spectrogram image, and determines malfunction of the equipment and classifies a cause of the malfunction by performing machine learning using the spectrogram image as an input value, thereby quickly and accurately identifying the cause of the malfunction when it is identified that there is the malfunction in the equipment, and providing a counterplan in response thereto.

The cell pouch film can suppress the occurrence of cracks in edge portion generated during deep molding, allowing the edge portion to be formed thickly, thereby exhibiting excellent deep molding properties. Since such a cell pouch film can improve the energy density of a secondary battery, it is particularly useful as a medium to large-sized cell pouch for electric vehicles, energy storage devices, and the like.

Alternatively, the wireless device can encapsulate data corresponding to a plurality of physical antennas into at least two packets, where data corresponding to at least one physical antenna is encapsulated in each packet. Because a size of a packet transmitted between the wireless device controller and the wireless device is reduced, the bandwidth requirement for packet transmission through the fronthaul interface is reduced.

In one example, scanning techniques are employed by a scanning system that scans a physical object while disposed within packaging to form a three-dimension digital model. A model coloring system is employed to color the three-dimensional digital model. A two-dimensional digital image is employed that captures the same or similar physical object. In one example, features of the model are matched to the image. This is then used to align a viewing perspective with respect to the model with a viewing perspective of the object within the digital image, e.g., to find which “view” of the model corresponds with the image. The color is then applied from the digital image to the model, e.g., from pixels of the image to corresponding points in the model.

When the owner of the data does not expect to know the usage of the data, the policy is based on data information and a data operation permission related to the data.
