Methods include introducing a fracturing fluid into a subterranean formation at or above a fracture gradient. The fracturing fluid includes a non-phase-transition fluid comprising at least an aqueous fluid and a surfactant; and a phase-transition fluid comprising a phase-change material selected from the group consisting of styrene monomers, methyl methacrylate monomers, or a combination of styrene monomers and methyl methacrylate monomers, an initiator, and an optional accelerator.

Abstract: An air conditioner system for an electric motor mobility vehicle is provided. The air conditioner system is configured so that an external condenser is spaced from a radiator at a front portion of the mobility vehicle, the external condenser performs heat exchange with air introduced from a location other than the front portion of the mobility vehicle, so that an active air flap is controlled to be closed in an indoor heating condition. Therefore, as the air resistance is reduced while the mobility vehicle drives under the indoor heating condition, the air resistance is reduced and the aerodynamic performance of the mobility vehicle is improved.

Abstract: The present disclosure describes a method to form a semiconductor device with backside contact structures. The method includes forming a semiconductor device on a first side of a substrate. The semiconductor device includes a source/drain (S/D) region. The method further includes etching a portion of the S/D region on a second side of the substrate to form an opening and forming an epitaxial contact structure on the S/D region in the opening. The second side is opposite to the first side. The epitaxial contact structure includes a first portion in contact with the S/D region in the opening and a second portion on the first portion. A width of the second portion is larger than the first portion.

Abstract: This application discloses a method and apparatus for switching perspectives in a computer game, an electronic device and a computer-readable storage medium. The method includes displaying a virtual scene picture in a game from a target perspective in a client; triggering a key stage in the game and determining a key perspective corresponding to the key stage; and automatically switching the target perspective to the key perspective to display a key scene picture from the key perspective in the client.

Abstract: A mobile communication system for sending data to one or more satellite resources over a wireless connection includes one or more processors and a memory coupled to the processors. The memory stores data into a database and program code that, when executed by the processors, causes the mobile communication system to receive a primary service data stream and a secondary service data stream, and determine a bandwidth utilization efficiency of the wireless connection between the mobile communication system and the one or more satellite resources. In response to determining the wireless connection has available headroom, the primary service data stream is combined with the secondary service data stream to create an aggregated data packet. In response to determining the aggregated data packet is less than or equal to the size of the available headroom, the mobile communication system transmits the aggregated data packet over the wireless connection.

Abstract: Various embodiments of the present disclosure are directed towards an image sensor device including a first image sensor element and a second image sensor element disposed within a substrate. An interconnect structure is disposed along a front-side surface of the substrate and comprises a plurality of conductive wires, a plurality of conductive vias, and a first absorption structure. The first image sensor element is configured to generate electrical signals from electromagnetic radiation within a first range of wavelengths. The second image sensor element is configured to generate electrical signals from the electromagnetic radiation within a second range of wavelengths that is different than the first range of wavelengths. The second image sensor element is laterally adjacent to the first image sensor element. Further, the first image sensor element overlies the first absorption structure and is spaced laterally between opposing sidewalls of the first absorption structure.

Abstract: A memory device including a first semiconductor die and a memory cube mounted on and connected with the first semiconductor die is described. The memory cube includes multiple stacked tiers, and each tier of the multiple stacked tiers includes second semiconductor dies laterally wrapped by an encapsulant and a redistribution structure disposed on the second semiconductor dies and the encapsulant. The second semiconductor dies of the multiple stacked tiers are electrically connected with the first semiconductor die through the redistribution structures in the multiple stacked tiers.

Abstract: A greeting card assembly having an electronics unit is embedded into the card. Electronics that play a length of music containing consecutive notes that can be selectively played over the speaker. A graphic of at least one instrument is displayed in the card. At least one activation sensor is provided within the graphic. Each activation sensor can be triggered by touching the graphic where the activation sensor is located. When an activation sensor is triggered, the electronics unit plays only one or two notes from the length of music. In this manner, to play the full length of music, the activation sensor must be repeatedly triggered. By strategically positioning the activation sensor in the graphic of the instrument, the repeated triggering of the activation sensor provides the appearance that a user is actually playing the instrument depicted in the graphic.

Abstract: A method for collecting drone data at a crash site using an autonomous or semi-autonomous drone may include determining or receiving a crash GPS location associated with a crash location of a crash scene, and may further include generating a pre-generated flight path for an autonomous or semi-autonomous drone based upon the crash GPS location. The autonomous or semi-autonomous drone may be mounted, or held securely in place, on an emergency response vehicle traveling to the crash location. The method may further include autonomously or semi-autonomously flying the autonomous or semi-autonomous drone in accordance with the pre-generated flight path at the crash GPS location to generate or collect drone data associated with the crash scene. The drone data may be used for one or more insurance-related purposes, such as handling, adjusting, or generating auto or homeowners insurance claims; crash reconstruction; fault determination; damaged vehicle repair; and/or buildup identification.
