    Abstract: Provided is an electric desalting and dehydration apparatus, including an oil inlet distributor of an upper electric field, wherein the oil inlet distributor includes an oil inlet distributing pipe and an oil inlet branch pipe. The oil inlet distributing pipe is arranged in a water tray of an electric desalter, and below a ground electrode of the electric desalter. The oil inlet branch pipe is connected to the oil inlet distributing pipe to supply crude oil into the oil inlet distributing pipe. The oil inlet distributing pipe is provided with oil outlets on both sides thereof in a horizontal direction. The distributor can uniformly distribute crude oil in a water tray, thus all of the crude oil is kept in an electric field for an equal time.

Internal to the outer shell is a load sensor, a load signal processor, a modulator, a battery, and a charger, whereby the load cell measures a load on the polished rod and wirelessly transmits load signal data via a wireless transmitter internal to the outer shell but with an antenna that protrudes from the outer shell. Also internal to the outer shell is a battery which is charged by an external solar panel via the charger. The battery, charger, and solar panel provide power to the load cell.

    Abstract: The specification describes a method and arrangements for operating fluidized bed combustors in particular boilers. In the described method and arrangements thermal energy carried away from the combustor by the flue-gas emitted therefrom is recuperated by passing the flue-gas through a scrubber in which it is scrubbed with water. The scrubbing water subsequently being used to pre-heat fluidizing gas fed to the fluidized bed in the combustor and/or working fluid fed to the boiler. Additional description is given of using a heat exchanger through which both flue-gases from the combustor and the working fluid fed to the combustor are fed such that the heat carried away from the combustor in the flue-gases is given directly to the working fluid fed to the combustor. In the described method and arrangements the fluidizing gas may be charged with water vapor and/or steam easing control of the bed.

In described embodiments of means enabling the invention to be effected arrangements are described including an induced draft fan, coupled to the outlet for waste gas of the apparatus, for feeding waste gas to a mixer and the use of a two input mixer fan coupled to both atmosphere and a waste gas supply line connected to a waste gas outlet.
