    Abstract: Methods and compositions for the diagnosis, prognosis and/or treatment of esophageal adenocarcinoma and Barrett's esophagus associated adenocarcinoma are disclosed, along with more markers where a difference is indicative of esophageal adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma, and/or Barrett's esophagus associated adenocarcinomas or a predisposition thereto. The invention also provides methods and compositions of identifying anti-cancer agents therefor.
