Abstract: A cloud migration framework may include an enterprise application data store that contains electronic records associated with enterprise applications. Each record may include, for example, an electronic record identifier and enterprise application parameters. A data repository stores a catalogue of cloud computing patterns. A back-end application computer server retrieves information from the enterprise application data store and, based on enterprise application parameters, creates a move group representing a subset of the enterprise applications. For each application in the move group, the computer server identifies whether an appropriate cloud computing pattern exists in the catalogue. If an appropriate cloud computing pattern is identified, it is used to automatically create a reference implementation of the enterprise application in a cloud computing environment.

Abstract: A device and method are described for a universal analytical data mart and data structure for same. The analytical data mart (ADM) associated data structure is designed to allow data from disparate sources to be integrated, enabling streamlined business intelligence, reporting and ad hoc analysis. Conceptually, the ADM enables analytics and business intelligence from multiple frames of reference including people, such as parties and actors including individuals and organizations, places, such as addresses with geographic information at various levels of view, objects, such as insured properties, automobiles and machinery, and events, milestones which happen at points in time and provide analytical/business value.

Abstract: A system may include an incoming image document data store containing electronic records. Each record may include an image document identifier and an image file along with associated optical character recognition and natural language processing information generated by a cloud-based computing environment. An incoming image document tool receives, from a remote user device, an indication of a selected image document. The tool may then retrieve information about the selected image document and automatically map at least some of the associated optical character recognition and natural language processing information to pre-determined document data fields. The tool may display the mapped information and receive an indication of acceptance. The mapped information and image file may then be stored in an enterprise data store and a workflow may be automatically assigned to the selected image document in accordance with the mapped information and enterprise logic.

Abstract: According to some embodiments, a risk monitoring data store may contain a set of electronic data records, with each electronic data record being associated with a stream of sensor data received via a communication network from a remote set of sensor systems located at a risk monitoring site. A risk analytics platform computer may receive information associated with the sensor data in substantially real-time and analyze the received sensor data, using at least one risk analytics algorithm, to detect an abnormal pattern associated with a predicted elevated level of risk at the risk monitoring site. The risk analytics platform computer may also automatically transmit a result of the analysis to a risk operations platform. The risk operations platform may then implement an active risk mitigation adjustment at the risk monitoring site responsive to the result of the analysis.

Abstract: According to some embodiments, a risk relationship data store may contain electronic records, each electronic record representing a risk relationship between an enterprise and a risk relationship provider (e.g., an insurer), and including, for each risk relationship, an electronic record identifier and a set of estimated usage attribute values. A back-end application computer server may receive, from a current usage data source, current usage information for the enterprise (e.g., financial information, utility information, IoT information, etc.). Based on the current usage information, the computer server may infer a likely actual current usage for the enterprise. The computer server may then compare the likely actual current usage with the predicted usage attribute value to determine a risk difference result and adjust a risk relationship parameter based on the risk difference result.

Abstract: The present system and method is directed to a process to facilitate trusted sources of information in an enterprise. The present system and method positions data governance to move away from the element level and focus on the data asset (i.e. repository, interface, subject) level. When data persons are having any issue with their data asset, whether it is a conflicting data asset, interface issues, competing data asset, new data asset build, data subject issue, or the like, a certifier may operate to assess the asset based on our well defined metrics, determine the health through the data asset scoring process, recommend asset services, and provide those services to the data owner who is ultimately responsible for implementing them to improve the data and the data processes.

Abstract: According to some embodiments, data may be received indicative of a plurality of insurance claims along with an indication of an appropriate claim segment classification for each insurance claim. A first claim handler may then be automatically selected for a first insurance claim based at least in part on: (i) a first segment classification associated with the first insurance claim, (ii) numbers of other insurance claims currently assigned to claim handlers, and (iii) load factors associated with claim handlers. An indication of the selected first claim handler may then be transmitted.

Abstract: Systems and methods are discussed for providing sensor enhanced safety, recovery, and activity evaluation systems. Sensors that monitor user activity and behavior are worn by a user and/or placed in the user environment. Data from the sensors are processed to obtain a safety, recovery, and/or activity evaluation. Based on the evaluation, recommendations or adjustments to the terms of an insurance policy covering the user, the user's employer, or a facility providing health care to the user, are generated, to accurately reflect the risks associated with the user, employer, and/or facility. In embodiments, an alert may be generated when a failure to conform with activity guidelines is detected.

Abstract: According to some embodiments, an automated scoring analysis computer may access information in a historical data store, including sets of attribute values and prior results for a plurality of prior associations, to create a scoring model. An indication of a selected potential association from a potential association data store may be received, including a set of attribute values. The scoring analysis computer may then calculate a risk score for the selected potential association based on the scoring model. A front-end application computer server may automatically select a workflow path from a plurality of potential workflow paths.

Abstract: An enterprise platform may retrieve, from a collaboration data store, information about a selected enterprise team. The enterprise platform may then transmit, from a set of integration tools to a workflow tool of a remote cloud-based environment, a data payload including a notification request associated with a channel. The enterprise platform may also transmit, from a runtime environment to a business communication platform of the cloud-based environment, a request to post a notification to the channel and arrange for a member of the selected enterprise team to receive an adaptive information card, pushed by the business communication platform via the channel, containing information associated with at least one of the integration tools. The member who receives the adaptive information card may also, via selection of a graphical icon on the card, respond to the business communication platform via bi-directional communication.

Abstract: A plurality of risk relationship sensors, including at least one image capturing sensor (e.g., a camera), may each include an environment characteristic detection element, a power source, and a communication device to transmit data associated with risk relationship sensor data at a site. A risk relationship data store may contain electronic records associated with prior risk relationship events at other sites along with risk relationship sensor location data for those sites. Abstract: Some embodiments are directed to a resource allocation analysis system implemented via a back-end application computer server.
