Abstract: A medicinal delivery device is provided. The device includes a clip defining an ala inner surface-engaging portion about a first end thereof. The clip also defines an ala outer surface-engaging portion about a second end thereof. The ala outer surface-engaging portion is in spaced-apart and generally inward facing arrangement relative to the first end of the clip. This forms a gap between the ala inner surface-engaging portion and the ala outer surface-engaging portion for receiving a patient's ala. A medicine chamber is carried about the first end of the clip for dispensing medicine into the patient's nasal cavity.
