Abstract: The invention relates to a dynamic interactive roadmap portal. An embodiment of the present invention is directed to a comprehensive one-stop interactive portal that provides events at a glance by dynamic views (e.g., line of business, region, month, etc.). The innovative system provides rich content including event status, event owners as well as data relating to services, products, engineering and/or other technical information. Real time updates may include certification workflows by and between product/service owners and end user advocates. For example, a user may apply an action to an event such as, share, add to calendar (reminder), follow or subscribe to it to be alerted of any changes. The innovative portal connects interested parties to supplementary documents and other information through easy-to-use linkages.

Abstract: Systems and methods for account validation are disclosed. A method may include: receiving, at a validation computer program and from a client device, a request to validate payment information; querying, by the validation computer program, a plurality of validation systems with at least some of the payment information; receiving, at the validation computer program, a query response from each validation system; calculating, by the validation computer program, a risk score for each validation system based on a comparison between the payment information and the query response; weighting, by the validation computer program, the risk score for each validation system, wherein the weighting may be based on an accuracy of past risk scores for each validation system; aggregating, by the validation computer program, the weighted risk scores into a cumulative risk score; and outputting the cumulative risk score to the client device.

Abstract: A method for facilitating automated synchronous data migration in live databases is disclosed. The method includes parsing a source database to identify characteristics, the characteristics corresponding to data tables in the source database; categorizing the data tables into groups based on the identified characteristics; validating the data tables in the groups by performing several tests; copying the groups to a target database based on a result of the validating; reviewing the copied groups to detect errors; and automatically initiating corrective actions in response to the detected errors. Additionally, the method further includes receiving new data sets from an application for persistence in the source database, the source database corresponding to a live database; generating duplicate data sets that correspond to the new data sets; and synchronously persisting, in real-time, the new data sets in the source database and the duplicate data sets in the target database.

Abstract: A method for carbon impact tracking by providing a mechanism for generating carbon impact summaries with respect to a wide variety of applications and products is provided. The method includes: receiving first information that relates to an amount of energy consumed by a first entity, such as a software application, a platform hosting a software suite, or a consumer product, within a predetermined time interval; receiving second information that relates to a location at which the energy is consumed and a technology used for generating the energy; converting the first information and the second information into metrics that indicate a carbon impact associated with the first entity; and generating a report of the results. The metrics may include one or more of an amount of kilograms of carbon dioxide (CO2), a number of kilowatt-hours of electricity, and a dollar equivalent of a measurement of a carbon social cost.

Abstract: A method for providing an automated virtual assistant testing framework to test one or more components associated with a virtual assistant (VA) is disclosed. The method includes integrating, one or more VA test suites with a continuous integration and continuous deployment (CICD) pipeline, wherein the one or more VA test suites comprises test case(s); receiving in a repository, a commit command; triggering, the CICD pipeline based on the commit command; executing, the one or more VA test suites based on the triggering of the CICD pipeline; and testing, the one or more components associated with the VA using a VA skills and intent training data, wherein the one or more components comprises custom UI(s), skill(s), integration(s) and/or one or more natural language processing (NLP) capabilities, and wherein the testing is based on the execution of the one or more virtual assistant (VA) test suites.

Abstract: A system and a method for servicing user interactions are provided. The method includes: receiving, from each respective user, a respective request for a corresponding interaction; obtaining, for each interaction, request-specific information that relates to the received respective request and user-specific information that relates to the respective user; analyzing the request-specific information to determine at least one corresponding microservice that is usable for handling the interaction; and routing the request-specific information and the user-specific information to a respective destination that relates to the determined microservice. For any particular interaction, several corresponding microservices and several corresponding routes and destinations may be determined, and workload distribution metrics may be used to select optimum routes.

A processor creates a machine learning model configured to be trained to generate a score based on user's biometrics data and a pattern of activity logs data of the user; trains the machine learning model with the user biometrics data and the pattern of activity logs data in real-time; receives user credentials data from the user for login attempt into a system; compares the received user credentials data with the biometrics data and the pattern of activity logs data of the user stored on a database and the machine learning model; and generates the score, in response to comparing, by utilizing the trained machine learning model. The score is a value that the processor compares with a predetermined threshold value to determine in real-time whether the login attempt is fraudulent.

Abstract: Systems and methods for identifying malicious digital wallet devices are provided. Exemplary embodiments may establish communication with a user device associated with a digital wallet application and determine a unique device identifier for the device. Risk data may then be obtained from one or more fraudulent activity databases and associated with the device identifier. The user device may then be identified as a malicious or non-malicious device based on a device score generated based on the risk data. Devices identified as malicious may then have their unique device identifier stored on a malicious device database.

Abstract: A method for facilitating automated application performance monitoring threshold management through deep learning model is provided. The method includes retrieving, via an application programming interface, raw data that correspond to an application, the raw data including application performance data; generating data frames based on the raw data, the data frames relating to a multi-dimensional data structure; converting the data frames into a model; developing an error function that optimizes a regression coefficient; training the model by using the error function; and determining, by using the trained model, forecasted threshold values that relate to application performance metrics for the application.
