Abstract: The present invention relates to methods and systems for endoscopic fasciotomies. In certain embodiments such methods include dissecting tissue down to the fascia using an endoscopic dissector, lifting the fascia off tissue, vascular structures, muscle, and/or nerves, cauterizing and cutting the fascia using a bisector/bipolar device inserted through a cannula, retracting the cannula, and closing the incision site. A suction device introduced via the cannula may be used to apply suction to remove blood, tissue, irrigation fluid and/or other debris with the cannula in situ.
