Abstract: A mobile dispensing device comprising at least three or more light sets with each light set having a different region associated with the device and at least one of the lights sets is configured to provide illumination when the device is in the act of dispensing and least one of the other light sets is configured to provide focused illumination when the mobile dispensing device is not involved in the act of dispensing. The device further being configured to read one or more inputs/sensors that are used to determine a lighting condition that either overrides, supplements or is implemented independently of any lighting condition associated with the detected motion and tilting angle of the device.
