The device also comprises a user actuated pedal arrangement supported by the frame and operatively connected to drive a wheel. In use, a user may mount the frame and apply force to the pedal arrangement to drive the wheel, and/or the frame to cause the frame to pivot relative to the base about the pivot axis.
