Abstract: A sawhorse includes a modular work surface supported by a frame. The modular work surface includes a first side portion, a second side portion and a central portion. The modular work surface is configured to move between a compact configuration and an expanded configuration. In the compact configuration the first side portion and the second side portion are adjacent to one another to provide a compact worktop and the central portion is positioned beneath the compact worktop. In the expanded configuration, the first side portion and the second side portion are distal to one another and the central portion is positioned therebetween to create an expanded worktop.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a latch mechanism configured to secure two bodies together by simply placing one body on top of the other and applying moderate downward pressure to the top body. The latch mechanism includes a housing and a latch partially disposed within the housing. The latch includes a main body, and a primary hook and an opposing secondary hook both extending from the main body. The latch is configured to be rotatable between a first position and a second position. In the first position, the primary hook is not obscured by the housing. In the second position, the primary hook is substantially obscured by the housing. The latch mechanism also includes a bias configured to bias the latch toward its first position.

Abstract: A convertible sawhorse and worktable including a sawhorse assembly having first and second outer-facing side surfaces and a worktable top assembly arranged for selectable positioning relative to the sawhorse assembly, the worktable top assembly including a worktable surface defining element and a worktable auxiliary support assembly, the worktable top assembly having at least two operative orientations including a storage operative orientation wherein the worktable surface defining element is located adjacent the first outer-facing side surface of the sawhorse assembly and the worktable auxiliary support assembly is located adjacent the second outer-facing side surface of the sawhorse assembly and a worktable usage operative orientation wherein the worktable surface defining element is located above the sawhorse assembly and the worktable auxiliary support assembly is located adjacent the second outer-facing side surface of the sawhorse assembly.

Abstract: A method for manufacturing an object is disclosed. The method includes the step of obtaining a preform of the object, with the preform having a first panel having a planar portion and at least one second panel. The second panel has an orientation which is different from that of the first panel. The planar portion of the first panel of the preform is thermoformed so as to have a protruding element. The thermoforming is done in a selective manner such that the at least one second panel is not thermoformed. The invention is also directed to a thermoforming device for performing the thermoforming.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a toolbox or container having a selectively removable organizer tray that is pivotally attached to the lid of the toolbox. As a user opens the lid of the toolbox, the organizer tray retracts into the lid reducing the organizer tray's obscuring of the interior space of the toolbox.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an integrated vise and work table. The disclosed vise table allows an operator to clamp an object in place so that the same can worked on in a hands-free method. The vise table includes a table block, a vise head block, a threaded guide, a rotator, and an activation mechanism that allows the operator to selectively vise in a threaded mode or in an unthreaded mode. In the threaded mode, the vise head block may only be moved by rotating a threaded guide. In the unthreaded mode, the vise head block may only be moved by applying force to the vise head block in the desired direction of movement.

Abstract: The present application relates to a container or toolbox having a selectively removable lid. When the user is in need of a stool or step stool, she may unfold a leg assembly and step assembly contained within the lid. When the leg assembly is unfolded into its support position, the lid operates as a stool. Moreover, a step assembly may also be unfolded from the lid. In its deployed position, the step assembly provides an intermediate step beneath the upper surface of the lid. When the job is finished, the leg assembly and step assembly may be folded back into the lid such that the container may be used as a regular toolbox.

Abstract: In an embodiment, an apparatus for storing articles includes: a frame; mount structures adjustably connectable to the frame so as to enable a height adjustment thereof on the frame; containers releasably connectable to the mount structures, thus enabling a height adjustment of each of the containers; and releasable connections between respective ones of the containers and the mount structures. Each of the releasable connections (between a container of the containers and a mount structure of the mount structures) is configured to enable the container to be releasably connected to the mount structure, where the releasable connection couples the container with the mount structure along a sidewall of the container.
