Abstract: A parcel box includes an external shell and upper and lower baffles. The external shell includes left and right side walls, a front wall, a rear wall, a base, a cover and a door. Each of the cover and the door are movable between closed and opened positions, respectively. When opened, the cover facilitates access by parcels through a top opening and into a storage area. When opened, the door facilitates removal of parcels from the storage area and through a bottom opening. The upper baffles are pivotally coupled to the front wall, independently movable about an upper common pivot axis between deployed positions and depressed positions, and independently spring-biased toward the deployed positions. The lower baffles are pivotally coupled to the rear wall, independently movable about a lower common pivot axis between deployed positions and depressed positions, and independently spring-biased toward the deployed positions.

Abstract: Provided herewith is a system for assembling a temporary structure using a plurality of separate members. A first member has ends at opposite sides of an elongated body portion, with notches on the top and bottom sides of each end. A second member has ends with notches formed on opposite between the ends. These notches enable the first and second members to engage with other such separate members. A third member has a triangular shape that functions as a roof truss with opposing sloped surfaces and an underside. A pair of truss notches is formed at positions corresponding to the notches of the first member, for each engaging with one of the plurality of separate members. The third member also includes feature hooks, formed on the sloped surfaces, for engaging with a fourth member defined by a planar roofing material having a plurality of holes.

Abstract: A spider for a rotary molding process is provided. The spider includes an upper mold enclosure, a lower mold enclosure, and a clamping assembly. The lower mold enclosure is configured to selectively cooperate with the upper mold enclosure to facilitate retention of a mold housing therebetween. The clamping assembly comprises a collar, a plurality of brace members, and a clamping member. Each brace member is coupled with each of the collar and the upper mold enclosure. The clamping member is rotatably coupled with the lower mold enclosure and is rotatable about an axis in a clamping and unclamping direction. The axis extends through the collar. The collar is spaced from the upper mold enclosure along the axis. Rotation of the clamping member in the clamping direction facilitates translation of the collar towards the lower mold enclosure to facilitate urging of the upper mold enclosure and the lower mold enclosure together.

The second point has a cross-sectional area larger than the first point. A flange includes a back surface and a neck generally in contact with the second point. The neck has a cross-sectional area smaller than the second point and the back surface, wherein, upon connection with the ball-like element, an underside of the back surface of the flange contacts the ball-like element.

Abstract: Provided is a manufacturing method for inserting an attachment device into a rotationally-molded product. An attachment device is provided having a first point, a second point having a cross-sectional area larger than the first point, and a flange including a back surface and a neck having a cross-sectional area smaller than the second point and the back surface. An end of a rope element is affixed to the attachment device. A ball-like element is molded. The attachment device is inserted into an opening in the ball-like element while the ball-like element is between 150 degrees Fahrenheit to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
