  • Patent number: 8904111
Abstract: A cache memory includes a CAM with an associativity of n (where n is a natural number) and an SRAM, and storing or reading out corresponding data when a tag address is specified by a CPU connected to the cache memory, the tag address constituted by a first sub-tag address and a second sub-tag address. The cache memory classifies the data, according to the time at which a read request has been made, into at least a first generation which corresponds to a read request made at a recent time and a second generation which corresponds to a read request made at a time which is different from the recent time. The first sub-tag address is managed by the CAM. The second sub-tag address is managed by the SRAM. The cache memory allows a plurality of second sub-tag addresses to be associated with a same first sub-tag address.

  • Publication number: 20140193594
Abstract: A metallic film formation target which is an object on which a diamond-like carbon film is to be formed is placed in a flow channel through which film formation gas containing methane gas flows. The film formation gas is caused to flow at a predetermined flow rate through the flow channel during the process of raising the temperature of the film formation target from room temperature to a predetermined temperature. The film formation gas is thereby reacted with impurities in a film formation target surface for removal of the impurities from the film formation target surface and is further reacted with metallic elements exposed by the removal of impurities, thus forming a diamond-like carbon film on the film formation target surface.

  • Patent number: 8725442
Abstract: The present invention provides a novel measurement method for system parameters of a 5-port junction used in a VNA (Vector Network Analyzer). A VNA is a device for measuring amplitude ratios and phase differences (S-parameters: scattering matrix elements) between incident waves and reflected waves of a DUT (Device Under Test), or between input waves and transmitted waves. What has been newly discovered is that for 5 ports, S-parameters can be expressed by a linear coupling using H and power difference ratios ({P(S)/P(0)}?1). It is possible to easily calculate parameter H using a minimum of three already known standards, and amount of calculation can be reduced compared to conventionally.

  • Patent number: 8650971
Abstract: A simply-structured initial slippage detection mechanism. When a contact member comes in contact with a contact receiving member via a pressure-sensitive conductive sheet, it is confirmed, on the basis of a change in resistivity of the pressure-sensitive conductive sheet and in response to a detection signal transmitted from the pressure-sensitive conductive sheet, that initial slippage has occurred right before the occurrence of slippage displacement, at a time when a high-frequency waveform component generated right before the occurrence of the slippage displacement of the contact member exceeds a predetermined threshold value. Therefore, it is possible to realize a slippage detection device whose slippage detection section is smaller, more lightweight and thinner.

  • Publication number: 20130332729
Abstract: A searchable encryption resistant to frequency analysis. A conversion rule management device generates a conversion rule table associating a search keyword with a conversion keyword group. Based on the conversion rule table, a data registration device generates registration data associating encrypted data with an encrypted keyword, and registers the registration data in a server device. An information processing device obtains from the conversion rule table a conversion keyword group associated with a specified search keyword, generates an encrypted keyword group, and requests a data search by specifying the encrypted keyword group. Using as a search key an encrypted keyword included in the encrypted keyword group, the server device searches for encrypted data associated with the search key, and returns searched encrypted data. The information processing device decrypts the searched encrypted data, and outputs as a search result search data obtained by decryption.

  • Patent number: 8520867
Abstract: Provided is a high-accuracy embedded audiphone. A transducer (34) made of a giant magnetostrictive element is provided in an intracorporeal unit (3) that is embedded in a skull (5). An audible sound modulation transmission signal (S1), which is amplitude-modulated by a sound collection signal generated in an extracorporeal unit (2), is transmitted from an extracorporeal transmitter coil (31) to an intracorporeal receiver coil (32) provided in the intracorporeal unit (3) with the help of a transmission magnetic flux (33). Moreover, because of an induced electromotive force of the intracorporeal receiver coil (32), the transducer (34) expands and contracts. Therefore, it is possible to highly accurately conduct an audible sound signal through bone with no power source or demodulation circuit provided in the intracorporeal unit (3).
