  • Patent number: 8079958
Abstract: An ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus by which IMT examination can be efficiently performed by simple processing in a health check. The ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus includes: a signal processing unit for performing at least envelope detection processing on reception signals outputted from an ultrasonic probe to generate envelope data; an image data generating unit for generating image data representing an ultrasonic image on an object to be inspected based on the envelope data; a pre-measurement processing part for performing structural image generating processing on the envelope data; and a measurement part for performing measurement based on the envelope data processed by the pre-measurement processing part.

  • Publication number: 20100121183
Abstract: Featured are methods for reconstruction of images acquired from any of a number of scanning devices or apparatuses known to those skilled in the art which methods are established so as to provide a mechanism for compensating for motion of an object being imaged. Such methods of the present invention are such as to allow the clinician to select one or more specific methodologies that is appropriate for the expected motion, severity or complexity of the motion and efficient processing of projection data. Also feature are systems, apparatuses, software code and computer readable media which embody such methodologies.

  • Patent number: 5121351
Abstract: A floating point arithmetic system including an operating processor for effecting the floating point operation, a memory device for storing data to be operated and a processing device for controlling the data transfer between the operating processor and the memory device and the operating process to be executed, wherein the processing device, memory device and operating processor are mutually connected by means of an address control bus line, and the processing device and memory device are connected to each other by means of a data bus line. In the processing device, there is generated an instruction signal which includes an address code representing an address of data to be operated and an instruction code denoting the content of operation to be executed, and the instruction signal is supplied to the memory device and operating processor via the address control bus line.
