  • Patent number: 10895031
Abstract: A method for the treatment of a textile substrate is described, in which the substrate is arranged in a treatment device and treated with an aqueous treatment bath. Here the moisture of the textile substrate is adjusted to a predetermined moisture in the beginning of the treatment, whereby the treatment bath volume to be sprayed on the respective subject and per time unit is determined exactly, so that the textile subject provides the defined predetermined moisture at the end of the treatment. The therefore used devices enables the realization of the method for textile substrates designed as a fabric strand, a wide fabric web package and a fabric package.

  • Publication number: 20130081214
Abstract: A method and device for dyeing a textile substrate with reactive dyes, in which the textile substrate is brought in contact with a dyeing liquor containing at least one dye and after a predetermined dyeing time, the dyed textile substrate is rinsed. The dye which has not been fixed by the textile substrate and is present in the dyeing liquor is destroyed by a chemical and/or physical treatment so that the dyeing liquor is largely colourless hereafter, whereby the textile substrate being rinsed with the largely decolourised liquor. The comprises a vessel for receiving the textile substrate to be dyed and a circulation system for the dyeing liquor.

  • Patent number: 5659912
Abstract: A process is described for the removal of residues, in particular of unfixed dyes, dye degradation products, chemical and/or processing agent residues from textile substrates. For this purpose the textile substrates are arranged in an apparatus and treated there with an aqueous liquor for a predetermined time to remove residues, whereby a decreasing amount of fresh liquor is introduced into the apparatus and simultaneously a decreasing amount of liquor loaded with residues is removed from the apparatus as the treatment time progresses.

  • Patent number: 5536275
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for the pretreatment of a fabric containing cotton, in which the fabric is treated in at least one pretreatment bath for a predetermined period of time at an increased temperature and subsequently washed or neutralised. The treatment of the fabric in the pretreatment bath is performed at a temperature of more than 102.degree. C., particularly at a temperature between 120.degree. C. and 140.degree. C.

  • Patent number: 5524359
Abstract: A method is described for the treatment of a fabric comprising the introduction of a certain length of the fabric into a treatment device, making an endless loop from the piece of fabric and transporting the loop of fabric within the treatment device. The loop of fabric is subjected during its transport to a certain mechanical and/or heat treatment with the result that in particular the volume, the touch, the surface appearance or the water content of the loop of fabric are specifically changed, and whereby it is possible to adjust the pressure inside the treatment device higher or lower than the ambient temperature. An assembly for the performance of the method comprises a treatment device, in the form of an autoclave which is airtight and closed on all sides. The autoclave comprises to a feeding opening which can be closed gastight and a transport device, whereas the treatment device comprises a source to produce an increased or a decreased pressure.

  • Patent number: 4726088
Abstract: The invention relates to a process and device for the wet treatment of textile material in hank form. The material travels in a circulating passage through an intensive treatment drawframe with subsequent folding-down, further conveying, and finally renewed feeding to the intensive treatment drawframe by a hank winding device. Circulating conveying of the treatment bath through the intensive treatment drawframe occurs while the textile material is passed through the horizontally arranged intensive treatment drawframe essentially at the same speed as the treatment bath. Such material is also under the action of the tensile force of a second hank winding device, which works at essentially the same conveying speed as the hank winding device upstream from the intensive treatment drawframe.

  • Patent number: 4649653
Abstract: Disclosed herein are a method and apparatus for the drying of textile material by way of a penetration with preheated air, wherein air is circulated and is preheated at the same time and is dehumidified as a result of its separation. In order to overcome the disadvantages of an independent separator, the air is accelerated and at the same time is directed toward a series of obstacles disposed at close distances from one another and set up at an oblique angle to the air's direction of movement. The part of the air passing through the spaces between the obstacles is guided past a collecting basin for liquid, from where the separated liquid is carried off. A special, perforated wall is disposed for this purpose at a small distance from the actual blower wall, whereby the space between the perforated wall and the actual blower wall leads into a collecting basin having a liquid outlet equipped with a valve.

  • Patent number: 4495785
Abstract: A method and apparatus for the wet treatment of endless textile material wherein the treatment liquor is scooped up by ladles or dippers disposed on a drum rotatably mounted within a boiler, the dippers carrying the treatment liquor in the drum rotation while, at the same time, the textile material rests on the outside wall of the drum and is carried along. The treatment liquor emerges from the dippers, wets and penetrates the textile material for its intensive wet treatment. The textile material and treatment liquor return to the lower area of the boiler where they are again taken up for renewed similar treatment.

  • Patent number: 4286395
Abstract: An endless textile web is processed by passing it through an elongated tubular member defining a treatment zone which is disposed within a chamber. A jet of treatment air is directed against the web near the inlet end of the zone, the jet being directed away from the inlet end to convey the web and cause it to expand and flutter as it moves. An apparatus is disclosed in which tubular member is bent into a sinous shape. Air filtering, treating and blowing apparatus are included.
