Abstract: The present invention relates to an electronic apparatus and method for receiving various pieces of information, after setting various search conditions, based on the set search conditions. According to the present invention, the electronic apparatus comprises: a communication unit; and in the case that a particular event occurs, a control unit transmitting search conditions including at least one of a search direction, search range and search region, related to the event through the communication unit, and receiving information corresponding to the search conditions.
