  • Patent number: 10508686
Abstract: Disclosed is a securing device for providing a movable unit of a linear guiding mechanism with additional safety in that the securing device prevents the movable unit from coming off a guiding rail in case of a bearing malfunction. The securing device comprises at least one securing portion and a coupling portion for coupling the at least one securing portion to the movable unit. The securing portion is engageable with the guiding rail in case of a failure of the movable unit.

  • Patent number: 7946013
Abstract: Provided is a driving jig for a closing cap which makes it possible to drive a closing cap straight into a bolt installation hole (11) formed in a track rail (1) and which allows this driving operation to be quickly repeated on a plurality of bolt installation holes (11). The jig includes a driving piston (73) and a guide holder (72) for maintaining the driving piston (73) in a predetermined attitude with respect to the track rail (1). The driving piston (72) has a pressing portion (75) coming into contact with an upper surface of the closing cap (70), and a hammering portion (74a) to be hammered by a tool. The guide holder has a cylinder (72a) in which the driving piston (73) slides, and has, at an opening at one end of the cylinder, a guide groove (77) into which an upper portion of the track rail is loosely fitted and which is orthogonal to an axial direction of the cylinder.

  • Patent number: 7893582
Abstract: A hollow motor drive device includes a screw shaft provided with a spiral screw groove formed in an outer peripheral surface thereof, a nut member screw-engaged with the screw groove, a hollow drive shaft having an inner peripheral side on which the nut member is fixed and an outer peripheral side on which a permanent magnet is disposed, and a housing provided with a bearing portion rotatably supporting the hollow drive shaft and a coil portion. In the hollow drive shaft, the nut member and the permanent magnet are disposed so as not to be overlapped with each other in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the hollow drive shaft, and in the housing, the bearing portion is disposed to a position corresponding to the nut member, and the coil portion is disposed to a position corresponding to the permanent magnet.

  • Patent number: 7883269
Abstract: A structure for closing a track rail mounting hole is disclosed, which prevents a closing cap from being press-fitted with an inclined state into the rail mounting hole, thereby being capable of positively preventing formation of a gap between the rail mounting hole and the closing cap. The closing cap includes a fitting portion having an outer diameter larger than an inner diameter of the rail mounting hole, to be press-fitted into the rail mounting hole; and a leading end portion to be inserted into the rail mounting hole before press-fitting the fitting portion into the rail mounting hole, for provisionally positioning the closing cap with respect to the rail mounting hole.
