  • Patent number: 9369254
Abstract: A method and apparatus for performing semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) deactivation in a wireless mobile communication system are disclosed. A base station (BS) transmits a downlink control channel to a user equipment (UE), and deactivates the SPS when a binary field indicating resource allocation information contained in the downlink control channel is entirely filled with ‘1’.

  • Patent number: 9208549
Abstract: A method and an arrangement for color transfer between images for compensating color differences between at least two images as a first and a second image represented by pixel data are recommended, wherein for corresponding feature points of the images a color map and a geometric map are calculated for compensating a first image by applying said geometric map and said color map to the first image resulting in a compensated first image for detecting regions where a compensation fails by comparing the compensated first image with the second image to perform a color transfer excluding image regions where the compensation failed. The method can be performed on the fly and is applicable for equalizing color differences between images different in geometry and color.

  • Patent number: 7862750
Abstract: A device and a method are disclosed for producing an optical data medium, in particular high density optical media, such as the recently developed BlueRay™ disk for illumination with a blue laser (??405 nm). The required thickness of the data and/or protective layers is of the order of at most several tenths of millimeters. Such thin layers are difficult to produce with conventional injection molding processes. The disclosed device and method solve this problem by overflowing an element placed in a narrow cavity with a low-viscosity material having a viscosity lower than the viscosity of polycarbonate, which then forms the data or protective layer, or by bonding a layer produced in this manner to another layer using a low-viscosity adhesive.

  • Patent number: 7283167
Abstract: A device for reading out image data of a sub-range of an image captured by an image sensor is described, the image sensor including a plurality of image sensor elements which can be read out by an activation signal sequentially appliable to same according to a predetermined clock signal, wherein the image sensor elements outputting the image data for the sub-range can be determined by means of an activation pattern. The device comprises a plurality of branch blocks connected in series storing the activation pattern, wherein each of the branch blocks, depending on the activation pattern, applies the activation signal received to one or several image sensor elements associated with a branch block or passes same on to a subsequent branch block or a terminating element. The activation pattern is stored in the branch blocks substantially simultaneously to the activation signal. No delay or latency times, respectively, occur in the sensor readout.

  • Patent number: 7141833
Abstract: Apart from a semiconductor substrate and a photosensitive region in the semiconductor substrate, which comprises a space charge zone region for generating a diffusion current portion and a diffusion region for generating a diffusion current portion, a photodiode includes an insulation means in the semiconductor substrate for at least partially confining the diffusion region against an adjacent surrounding region of the semiconductor substrate.
