Abstract: In one exemplary implementation, an assembly may include two indexed parts. A first part may have a void formed therein and an axis, with the void defining at least one rotational stop and at least one radial stop. A second part may have a projection that is received at least partially in the void when the first and second parts are assembled together. The projection may have at least one rotational abutment surface adapted to engage said at least one rotational stop to limit relative rotation between the first and second parts, and the projection having at least one radial abutment surface adapted to engage said at least one radial stop to limit relative radial movement between the first and second parts in a direction away from the axis.

Abstract: A gas and liquid separation device for use with a fuel tank. The separation device includes a body having at least one passage therethrough in fluid communication with the fuel tank, and a gas and liquid separator carried by the body in fluid communication with the at least one passage and being oriented at an angle with respect to horizontal when in use.

Abstract: A fuel delivery assembly including a fuel pump module having a mounting flange and a reservoir housing carried by the mounting flange, and an emissions canister pivotally mounted to the reservoir housing of the fuel pump module, wherein the emissions canister is pivoted relative to the reservoir housing when the assembly is inserted through an access opening of a fuel tank and assembled thereto. Preferably, the assembly is positioned within the fuel tank so that respective bearing surfaces of the fuel pump module and emissions canister are in substantially the same plane against the bottom of the fuel tank, and a longitudinal axis of the emissions canister is approximately perpendicular to a longitudinal axis of the fuel pump module.
Abstract: A modular fuel delivery assembly for a fuel tank of a vehicle includes a mounting flange, a common support member adjustably engaged with the mounting flange, and a plurality of accessories attached to the common support member.
Abstract: A connector attaches an accessory to a fuel pump module. The connector includes a fuel pump module mounting member having attachment features to attach the mounting member to the fuel pump module, and movement limiting features to resist relative movement with respect to the fuel pump module. The connector also includes an accessory mounting extension that extends from the mounting member and includes attachment features to attach the accessory to the connector.
