Abstract: An antitheft device for attachment to a steering wheel of an automobile comprising a trough member defining a trough with an open top for engaging from under a section of the steering wheel, a handle secured to a shaft and rotatable between a locking position with the handle extending radially outwardly across the open top of the trough and an unlocking position with the handle removed from the trough and a lock mechanism associated with the trough member to lock the handle in the locking position.
