Abstract: A film clamping and cutting device of a film wrapping machine is revealed. A connecting plate of a film clamping and cutting unit is located by a braking part. Moreover, by moment of a rotating machinery before stopping, a film clamping and cutting unit main body assembled on the rotating machinery is driven to continue moving. Under the movement of the unit main body, a pulling force is generated by a pull cord arranged between the connecting plate and a vertical-wheel of the unit main body. The pulling force rotates the vertical-wheel so that both a film clamping and cutting rod assembled with the vertical-wheel and a clamp fall toward a blade block to clamp and cut off a film. The film is also pulled and cut by an elastic recovery force of the film clamping and cutting rod. Therefore automatic film clamping and cutting is carried out.

Abstract: A film clamping and cutting device of stretch wrapping machines is revealed. A film clamping and cutting unit and a drag set used as an auxiliary are disposed on a turntable. The drag set includes a rotatable block which is connected to an assembly wheel of the film clamping and cutting unit. The rotatable block is connected to a shaft clipped in a clip space formed between a drag plate and a clip. An elastic body is assembled between the drag plate and the clip. By way of the drag plate, the clip and the elastic body, the shaft connected to the rotatable block is not released from the clip space until a film clamping and cutting rod and a clamp reach certain positions. Thus a connection rod disposed on the rotatable block drives the clamp to clip film timely so as to clamp and cut the film precisely.

Abstract: A tape applying device includes a plate, front and rear swinging arms pivoted on the plate, a pressing wheel pivoted on each of the swinging arms to make an adhesive tape stick on a box, a connecting rod pivoted to both the front and the rear swing arms, a cutting mechanism interposed between the front and the rear swinging arms to sever the adhesive tape, a first restoring extension spring joined to the connecting rod, and a second restoring extension spring joined to the rear swinging arm; the front swinging arm is co-movable with the rear swinging arm and the connecting rod, and it has no extension spring directly connected thereto therefore the front pressing wheel won't produce such a reacting force as to cause a box to cave in when the box is moved rapidly onto the front pressing wheel for the adhesive tape to stick thereon.

Abstract: A detecting and protecting device includes detecting devices, and an ultrasonic sensor; the detecting devices are connected to respective ones of expanding assemblies of a shrink film machine, and each include a seat behind a supporting rod of a corresponding expanding assembly, a movable rod passed through the seat and projecting below the supporting rod, a stopping board pivoted to one end of the movable rod, a shading block joined to one end of the stopping board, and a sensor positioned on the movable rod and normally shaded by the shading block; if the stopping board comes into contact with goods while a shrink film is being lowered, it will tilt, and the shading block will no longer shade the sensor; the ultrasonic sensor is used for measuring height of the goods such that sealing and cutting action will start immediately after the film encompasses the goods.

Abstract: An automatic bagging machine using cool-shrinking film includes mainly a machine body, a bag conveying device, a bag sealing device, a bag sucking device, and a bag supporting device combined on the machine body. The bag conveying device sends continual bags to the bag sucking device to suck and stick to a lower opening of each bag to open it for a first stage. Then the four corners of the opening of the bag are respectively sucked to stick to suck drums fixed with air suckers by operation of position air pressure cylinders beside each air sucker. Then the bag is expanded out to a preset medium size, not falling down during expanding process. Next, the bag supporting device continually sends out a certain length of the bag to be positioned in the bag supporting device, which then expands the bag again to a preset maximum size. The bag together with the bag supporting device are lowered down by elevating frames to release the bag to cover and surround products (or cartons) together with the storing plate.

Abstract: A material picking device and a forming device for an automatic circulating carton opening machine are fixed on the table of the machine. The material picking device has a revolving unit including a swinging arm, two rotatable gear units fixed at two ends of the swinging arm. Each gear unit has an outermost belt wheel connected to a parallel arm, and a sucking disc fixed with the parallel arm. The forming device has a forming guide plate fixed on an intermediate portion of the table of the machine in front of the revolving unit and located at one side of the moving route of the swinging arm. The two parallel arms fixed with the sucking discs are moved horizontal to let the sucking discs to alternately and continuously pick a carton material board out of the material feed device of the machine to carry onto the forming guide plate for forming a carton shape. So operating of the machine is speeded up largely.

Abstract: A carton-shaping machine includes a material conveying mechanism, an opening mechanism, a shaping mechanism, and a band sticking mechanism combined on a worktable. A vertical and a horizontal cylinder of the opening mechanism control fixing members to force needles on them insert firmly in an upper folding portion of a carton and turn the carton to extend to standing position so as to permit opening process operated with accuracy. Then, the band sticking mechanism may seal the bottom portion of the carton and the carton is moved to the packing process, without any need of manual work to turn it for a right angle to stand upright.

Abstract: A cap-folding and sealing machine for common or retrieved cartons includes a table, a folding device, a first cap frame, a second cap frame, and a double sealing device. The folding device includes upper swing rod units, a side pressing unit, and a folding guiding arm for swinging and folding a front cap, a rear cap, and two side caps with help of the first cap frame after a carton is moved into the table. Then the carton is moved into the second cap frame and the double sealing device, which seals the upper and the lower side with adhesive tapes by means of two pairs of upper main and lower main sealing members of the double sealing device. The two pairs of the sealing members alternately perform sealing operation so that sealing may be kept on continuously without stopping the machine for replacing adhesive tapes even when used up or ripped off.

Abstract: A carton sealer using paper tapes includes a work table, an elevator, two tape machines, and a contact wheel unit. When a carton is placed and moved on the table, it touches a following wheel of an upper tape machine and is adhered with a paper tape. The carton and the following wheel continue to move forward until a micro switch separates from a projection of a turning member of the following wheel and an air cylinder. Then a spring pulls back the following wheel and a press wheel to their original position, finishing one round of tape sealing operation.

Abstract: A sealing and delivery device for double-layered carton sealing machine includes two folding units, two lifting devices, a front swing unit, two side swing units, a rear swing unit, a conventional roller unit, a conventional platform, and a conventional upper and lower sealing device. The folding units protrude in an aperture between a front flap and two side flaps of an outer box moving on the platform, and swing the two side flaps outward. The lifting devices clamp the outer box and lift it up to a preset level. Two flat plates are pushed to contact elastically two sides of an inner box and support the bottom of the outer box to prevent it from falling down. Then the carton is moved forward in that position for the front swing unit, the side swing units, and the rear swing unit to fold the front, the rear and the two side flaps, which are then sealed by the upper and the lower sealing device.

Abstract: A carton flap folding and sealing machine includes a separator, a conveyor, a first folding device, a second folding device, a third folding device and a sealing device. Cartons are orderly position by the separator and sent on the conveyor and moved forward to pass through the first folding device and the second folding device for a front flap and a rear flap folded down, and then through the third folding device for two side flaps folded down. Then cartons are moving into the sealing device to receive sealing operation without interruption, by means of two pairs of glue tapes disposed on a tape support frame and two pairs of upper bases and lower bases working alternately.

Abstract: The present disclosure is related to an automatic device for applying tapes along the edges of a carton for sealing purpose in general, and more particularly to an automatic tape-applying device which can effect the operation of adhering a partially placed tapes, along the edges of a carton, smoothly to the surface thereof, the carton having been transmitted by conveyor belts via a tape-applying means. The final adherence of the tape to the surface of a carton to be sealed is carried out by two brush members, one short and one elongate; the short brush is actuated to repeatedly move horizontally in a pre-set distance by an air-actuated cylinder so to adhere the tape placed at the corners of the carton to the surface thereof, and the elongated brush is actuated to repeatedly move up and down so to complete the process of the final adherance of the tape fully to the surface thereof automatically.
