    Abstract: The present invention relates to an efficient duct cleaning apparatus that is readily adaptable for use in both rectangular and round ducts. In one embodiment, the invention provides a brush member with a hollow channel along the lower surface of the brush that enables dirt and debris within a ventilation system to be readily dislodged and removed by vacuum. The brush is also provided with an adaptor that enables rapid exchange of brushes from the vacuum source in order that the duct cleaning apparatus may be adapted for use in ducts having different sizes and profiles.
