    Abstract: Apparatus for burning-in of integrated circuitry which utilizes a dual interface port configuration between burn-in boards and exercising and measuring circuitry so that two burn-in board configurations can be simultaneously used for burning-in of integrated circuits within the same system. This can be achieved even within the same zone when the input voltage and exercising requirements are the same.
