Abstract: A handle structure for adjusting directions of a luggage handle includes a handle located on the top end of the luggage to fasten to the extensible pulling bars of the luggage. The handle consists of a front frame and a rear frame coupling to form a handle section. In the handle section, a depressing member is provided which has a bottom to contact a push stem. The push stem is formed in an inverse T shape. The push stem is housed in an anchor seat which consists of an upper seat and a lower seat. The upper seat has a retain trough to engage with the push stem. The anchor seat also has a depressing plate which has two ends located above two openings of the lower seat to contact control bars of a control element. Depressing the push button of the depressing member, the push stem may be disengaged from the retain trough of the anchor seat to allow the handle turning to an angle or direction desired.

Abstract: A handle structure for turning and adjusting the direction of a luggage handle includes a handle located on the top end of the luggage to fasten to extensible pulling bars of the luggage. The handle includes a handle section which has a bottom rim to fasten to a support section. The support section includes a control section which has a bottom end engaged with a turning section. The turning section has two sides coupled respectively with a left coupling elbow and a right coupling elbow of a coupling section.

Abstract: A wheeled luggage with expandable body has two support mechanisms each comprising a sliding board secured to the side of auxiliary body, a locking mechanism secured to the side of main body and comprising two opposite locking members each having a ratchet member, and a trigger mechanism comprising a plate member, a trigger member, and two sliding members. In an unused position, the width of a flexible section is reduced to a minimum by closing the zipper and the sliding member is engaged with the rear tooth of the ratchet member, thereby preventing the sliding board from forward moving. The width of the flexible section is increased to a maximum by opening the zipper in a use position. The plate member is pushed rearward for disengaging the sliding members from the ratchet members, thereby permitting a rearward sliding of the sliding board from the use position to the unused position.

Abstract: A mechanism is provided for supporting an expandable pouch of luggage coupled between a main body and a frame element. The support mechanism is provided at about the central portion on either side of luggage interconnected between the main frame and the frame element. Support mechanism comprises a sliding plate, an engagement plate including a horizontal ratchet member adjacent either top or bottom side, and a lock mechanism on the sliding plate being capable of engaging with the ratchet member of the engagement plate thus controlling the sliding and locking of the sliding plate with respect to the engagement plate. The support mechanisms are formed as two side supports of the expandable pouch for preventing the packed luggage from bulging at the bottom of expandable pouch.

The handle includes an upper cap having a mediate portion defining a hollow recess and two sides each defining a cut slot, the hollow recess having two sides each formed with a hollow lower lug; a press plate having a mediate portion defining a chamber and two sides each formed with a protruding wing received in the cut slot of the upper cap, the protruding wing defining a through hole for receiving the lower lug of the upper cap, a spring received in the chamber; and a base having two sides each formed with an insertion block received in the cut slot of the upper cap and a hollow upper lug formed on an inner side of the insertion block, the upper lug aligning with the lower lug, a bolt extending through the upper lug and screwed into the lower lug to form a retaining column, a stub formed on the mediate portion of the base and attached to the spring.

Abstract: A handle structure of a suitcase includes an inverted U-shaped body and an attachment attached to the inside of the body. The body has a ridge extending from the inside thereof and a plurality of protrusions extending from the top and the bottom of the ridge. Two engaging members extend from the inside of the body and are located on two ends of the ridge. The attachment has a groove defined in the inside thereof and a plurality of recesses defined in the inner top and the inner bottom of the groove so that the ridge is received in the groove with the protrusions engaged with the recesses. The two engaging members are engaged with two apertures defined in the inside of the attachment.

Abstract: A retractable handle device is provided which includes two sleeves, two inner tubes disposed in the corresponding sleeves, and a handle mechanism that respectively receives the inner tubes on opposing ends thereof. Two position-control devices are located at the bottom end of corresponding inner tubes. The handle mechanism has a press bar mounted in a lower casing thereof. Each position-control device has a locating block fastened to the bottom end of the corresponding inner tube, a flat latch, biased by a spring, engaging a locating hole on the corresponding sleeve to stop the respective inner tube from axial movement relative to the corresponding sleeve.

Abstract: A handle assembly for a wheeled luggage case includes two outer tubes, two inner tubes respectively and retractably received in the two outer tubes, a rotated handle connected between the two inner tubes, two actuating means respectively in the inner tubes, and two rods received in the inner tubes and operatably engaged with the actuating means. The rotated handle has two ends to push the two rods to actuate the actuating means when the rotated handle is rotated. The actuating means each have a positioning member received therein so as to position the inner tubes corresponding to the outer tubes.

The lateral plates clamp the neck portion. The base seat slides in the slide rail. The grip has a first distal arm receiving a first inner pipe and a second distal arm receiving a second inner pipe.

Abstract: An extensible handle device has a pair of outer pipes, a pair of inner pipes disposed in the corresponding outer pipes respectively, a pair of cylinder blocks disposed in the corresponding inner pipes respectively, and a pair of push blocks disposed in the corresponding cylinder blocks respectively. A handle bar has a crossbar and a press bar inserted in the crossbar. The crossbar has two through holes to receive two inner pipes and at least two hollow posts disposed in the crossbar. Each of the push blocks has a slide groove to receive a slide block and a helical spring. Two cushions are inserted in two upper ends of the inner pipes. Each cushion receives a compression spring and a connecting rod. Each post receives a coiled spring and a respective protruded rod. Each outer pipe has a plurality of oblong holes.

The luggage pull rod includes a pair of inner tubes, a handle, an engaging board and a base seat. The adjustable latch boards includes an upper pressing board and a base board. The upper pressing board is a reverse L-shaped board body having a vertical section disposed with two latch clips on two sides. Each latch clip is disposed with a through hole for the outer tube to pass thereinto and for a bolt to tighten the outer tube. A horizontal section of the pressing board is formed with several through holes for riveting pin members therein so as to secure the additional luggage case. The base board is an L-shaped board body having a vertical section disposed with two latch clips on two sides. Each latch clip is disposed with a through hole for the outer tube to pass thereinto and for a bolt to tighten the outer tube.
