  • Patent number: 11778981
Abstract: Modular autonomous mobile fence, delimiter of grazing areas. It consists of two structures (10, 20) arranged opposite and distant from each other. Each structure (10, 20) is composed of at least two movable towers, arranged at the ends of the very same row and structurally linked to each other to form a movable row. An electric wire conductor (14, 15) is arranged between these two rows (10, 20) and forms a closed quadrilateral that delimits a closed grazing area (16). Said rows with towers and the area delimited by the electric fence can be selectively moved from one lot to the next, together with the animals kept therein. Said electric fence must have means of separation (31, 32) of the electric conductor from the ground (14, 15) and at least one of the mentioned towers must have means of tensioning (34) the electric conductor.

  • Patent number: 11486203
Abstract: A method is for performing work in a well and on a vessel. A wellbore assembly such as a tool string is suspended on a first flexible elongate member from the vessel. The wellbore assembly is used to perform work in the well. The wellbore assembly such as a tool string is suspended on a second flexible elongate member from the vessel. The wellbore assembly on the first flexible elongate member is removed from the well, and after the removal, the wellbore assembly on the second flexible elongate member is inserted into the well. The inserted wellbore assembly in the well can then be used to perform further work. The wellbore assemblies may be deployed and retrieved on independently operable wirelines. A related vessel and apparatus is also described.

  • Patent number: 11261688
Abstract: An arrangement is for providing a flowable solidifier into a subsea hydrocarbon well comprising a valve assembly with an opening to a well bore. The arrangement has a connection device comprising a well control unit with a lubricator device with a first through opening, an inlet connector with an inlet for the flowable solidifier to a second through opening. The arrangement further has an elongated injection tubing with a third through opening. The injection tubing is adapted to be displaced through the lubricator device to a certain position enabling the third through opening to receive the flowable solidifier from the inlet of the inlet connector and extending into the opening of the valve assembly so that one or more valves of the valve assembly are shielded from interaction with the flowable solidifier.

  • Publication number: 20120066121
Abstract: A Requestor receives a bill from a Payee requesting payment for goods and/or services. If the Requestor wishes to solicit assistance in making a desired payment to the payee (e.g., if the Requestor has insufficient funds available to make the desired payment), the requestor directly or indirectly solicits assistance from contacts available to the requestor. Assuming that one or more of the Requestor's contacts agrees to assist in making the desired payment to the payee, each Payor sends a payment to the Intermediary to be handled in trust on behalf of the Requestor. The Intermediary sends each payor's contribution to the Payee on behalf of the Requestor.

  • Publication number: 20120023019
Abstract: A transaction kiosk collects cash from a user and then electronically negotiates with the user's creditor to settle a balance on an account with the creditor. The bank recognizes the cash deposited in the transaction kiosk by the user as security for the settlement amount. The cash deposited in the transaction kiosk is considered a cash asset owned by the bank and available to satisfy depositor claims. A transaction processor brokers the transaction between the user of the transaction kiosk, the surety bank, and the creditor.

  • Patent number: 6379811
Abstract: A hydrophilic treatment by the use of a surface active agent and the like is not required for a base even the surface of which is water-repellent or thermoplastic when a viscous amorphous type titanium peroxide is used for fixing a base as a binder. In addition, a thin layer of a photocatalyst semiconductor, a dielectrical ceramics or an electrical ceramics can be easily formed by adhering particles of a photocatalyst semiconductor, a dielectrical ceramics or an electrical ceramics to the layer of a viscous amorphous type titanium peroxide, which is a layer as a binder, in a homogeneously floating state gas. Furthermore, a layer of a titanium oxide having a photocatalyst function can be formed when a base is fixed with a viscous amorphous type titanium peroxide.

  • Patent number: 4325205
Abstract: Solar building construction utilizing a rectangular shaped module, typically square, from which a corner has been cut-off or removed. The opening left in the module by the cut-off corner is panelled and closed in with glass. The module is oriented so that the glass panel, which may include sliding or hinged glass doors, faces in a direction that is exposed to the sun for a maximum number of hours during the colder winter months when the sun is relatively low in the sky. The sun's rays are allowed to deeply penetrate into the interior of the module through the use of open space and carefully positioned interior walls. At least some of these walls are typically perpendicular to the plane created by the glass panel. Both interior and exterior walls, and other fixtures within the modules, are realized using items having a favorable thermal mass.
