Patents Assigned to TITANX HOLDING AB
  • Patent number: 11014425
Abstract: A vehicle condenser which has a substantially parallelepipedic shape and stacked plates, which are parallel to a substantially vertical plane and define alternate coolant chambers and refrigerant chambers between each other. The vehicle condenser is divided into three consecutive groups of refrigerant chambers and includes at least one combination, on one side of the vehicle condenser, of a larger refrigerant outlet, that leads a main flow of refrigerant from one group of refrigerant chambers to a larger refrigerant inlet of a following group of refrigerant chambers, and, vertically opposite to the larger refrigerant outlet, a smaller refrigerant outlet, that leads a residual flow of refrigerant from the one group of refrigerant chambers to a smaller refrigerant inlet of the following group of refrigerant chambers.

  • Patent number: 10345053
Abstract: A heat exchanger, such as a water cooled charge air cooler, is disclosed for cooling of charge air with the aid of coolant. In at least one embodiment, the heat exchanger includes charge air tubes and coolant turbulators made of corrugated sheet metal interposed between the air tubes. The turbulators define coolant channels and including at least one turbulating device provided therein. According to at least one embodiment of the invention, at least one channel includes at least one continuously shaped side wall which is non-apertured along its entire length and thus promotes coolant flow along the channel by inhibiting cross flow of coolant to a neighbouring channel.

  • Patent number: 10193048
Abstract: The invention relates to an energy recovering assembly (1) and a method of providing the same for extraction of electric power. The assembly comprises a first array (2) of tubes (6) and a second array (3) of tubes (13). The tubes (6) of the first array (2) are interdigitated with the tubes (13) of the second array (3), such that two tubes (13) of the second array (3) are arranged between two successive tubes (6) of the first array (2), or such that two tubes (6) of the first array (2) are arranged between two successive tubes (13) of the second array (3). Thermo electric modules (4) are received in gaps (7) between adjacent tubes (6, 13) of the first (2) and second arrays (3). Fixation arrangements (5) are received in interspaces (X) between two tubes (6; 13).

  • Patent number: 10145623
Abstract: A vehicle heat exchanger tube (2) comprises at least a first and a second separate fluid channel (14, 16). A tube stiffener (38) has a first stiffening portion (40) stiffening the first channel (14) of the tube (2), and a second stiffening portion (42) stiffening the second channel (16) of the tube (2). The first stiffening portion (40) comprises a first supporting surface (46) supporting the first larger surface (20) of the first channel (14), and a second supporting surface (48) supporting the second larger surface (22) of the first channel (14). The second stiffening portion (42) comprises a first supporting surface (56) supporting the first larger surface (26) of the second channel (16), and a second supporting surface (58) supporting the second larger surface (28) of the second channel (16).
