Abstract: To provide a terminal device whereby a conference can be conducted smoothly by users inputting handwritten information. A terminal device comprises: display means for displaying a background image in accordance with background image data; reception means for receiving handwritten data indicating the content of notes handwritten on a medium the background image is drawn, the medium is placed on a handwritten input device; and reproduction means for displaying the content of handwritten notes superimposed on the displayed background image so that, in accordance with the handwritten data, the position of the content of the handwritten notes on the background image on the medium and the position of the background image displayed by the display means correspond.
