    Abstract: A speaker apparatus to be mounted on a vehicle includes a speaker unit and a mounting device. The speaker unit has a frame. The mounting device mounts the frame of the speaker unit on a panel member of a vehicle body. The mounting device includes insulators, which prevent vibration, which is caused by operation of the speaker unit in any direction, from being transmitted to the panel member in any direction.
