Abstract: A tongue plate for a seat belt device in which a roller is rotatably provided in a slot in a tongue plate through which a seat belt webbing passes so that the seat belt does not press or tighten the passenger's body, when the passenger moves his body while wearing the seat belt.
Abstract: A cylindrically shaped lock structure adapted to receive an associated rod-shaped key is disclosed. The lock comprises a rotor case having an annular rotor member disposed therein. The rotor member contains a plurality of slidable pin members radially extending into a central key opening in the rotor member. The key opening is arranged and configured to receive the associated rod key such that when the rod key is inserted, the pin members retract into the rotor case and selectively render the rotor movable therein. A latch actuating system is coupled to the rotor member via an arm member whereby rotation of the rotor member causes the actuating system to render a latch movable from its initially closed position to an open position.
Abstract: A lap belt take-up shaft for a seat belt retractor is arranged horizontally and substantially orthogonally to the traveling direction of a vehicle, whereby damage to the lap belt due to the drawing-out and rolling-in thereof is prevented and whereby a Vehicle Inertia Sensitive type emergency engagement device can be installed so as to demonstrate its function perfectly.
Abstract: An electric switch having a sealed casing or a closed type switch wherein a breather hose has its one end opened to the interior of a closed contact chamber, so that the breathing action of the contact chamber due to its temperature change is made through the breather hose. An opening at the other end of the breathing hose is located in an outside atmosphere of good condition, whereby air of high humidity is prevented from intruding into the contact chamber.
