Abstract: A system and method for creating, collecting, and managing non-fungible tokens (NFT) is disclosed. The system comprises a computing device in communication with a database via a network. Further, a first user device associated with a first user and a second user device associated with a second user is in communication with the computing device. The computing device is configured to receive information related to digital assets from the first user. The computing device is further configured to receive the digital asset from the first user. The computing device is configured to receive a geographic information determined by the first user to trade the digital asset and associate the digital asset to the geographic information. Further, a NFT comprising the digital asset is created. The computing device enables to trade the NFT when a geographic information of second user corresponds to the geographic information of the digital asset.

  • Patent number: 11861572
Abstract: Secure electronic payment is disclosed as it may be implemented for a point of sale machine such as but not limited to, vending machines/devices, parking devices/facilities, and laundry machines/facilities. An example secure electronic payment system includes a remote payment processing to confirm payment for a transaction at a point of sale device. The point of sale device is configured to receive a token from the mobile device for the transaction. A token processing module at the point of sale device confirms validity of the token. A transaction processing module executes the transaction at the point of sale device.

  • Patent number: 11552799
Abstract: A storage architecture and associated usage techniques are described for providing efficient modification and use of access rights for stored data. The access rights may be associated with data stored on blockchain storage, and a separate ledger storage system may be used to provide improvements for modifying access rights for such stored data. For example, groups of data may be created and stored on blockchain storage before access to the stored data groups is made available to end users, and additional information related to those stored data groups (e.g., about their access rights) may be stored in a separate ledger storage system. When a particular user later requests access rights for one of those previously stored data groups, corresponding modifications may be quickly made to the separate ledger storage system to provide the user with substantially immediate access to that stored data group.

An example secure electronic payment system includes a remote payment processor to confirm payment for a transaction at a point of sale device and issue a token to a mobile device for completing the transaction. A wireless interface module at the point of sale device is configured to receive the token from the mobile device for the transaction via a wireless communications protocol. A token processing module at the point of sale device confirms validity of the token. A transaction processing module negotiates the transaction at the point of sale device by actuating the point of sale device.

  • Patent number: 11271717
Abstract: The present invention is direct a two-mode blockchain consensus protocol and a system implementing such a protocol. The system includes a plurality of node computers (and a communications network connecting the plurality of node computers. The plurality of node computers includes a first node computer, a collecting node computer, a committee of node computers, and one or more node computers that operate based on proof of work algorithms. Each node computer in the plurality includes a blockchain consensus software application running on the processor of the node computer. The blockchain consensus software application is adapted to connect to the plurality of node computers that are connected to the communications network. The blockchain consensus software application implements the two-mode blockchain consensus protocol. Through the software application, the plurality of node computers operate to reach a consensus on adding data to a public ledger.

  • Patent number: 11222009
Abstract: The present invention is directed blockchain systems and censuses protocols that adopt a pipelining technique. The systems and protocols involve a committee of consensus nodes that include proposer nodes and voter nodes. Each proposer node can send two or more unnotarized proposals to the voter nodes, and the voter nodes can vote on an unnotarized proposal when they have the same freshest notarized chain or block. A sequence number is provided to facilitate the operation of the systems and protocols. The sequence number can be used to determine the freshest notarized chain or block and the finalized chain and switch proposer node. The systems and protocols also provide other features such as chain syncer, committee election scheme, and committee reconfiguration. The systems and protocols further provide a simple finalization process and thus have a low finalization time.

  • Patent number: 10992664
Abstract: A fingerprint identification system comprising a smart device, a fingerprint scanner, a processor coupled to a transceiver and to the fingerprint scanner, and a digital storage element coupled to the processor. The digital storage element stores logic that causes the processor to: activate the fingerprint scanner to scan a user's finger, identify a feature and multiple minutia of the user's fingerprint, and generate a digital fingerprint string(s) indicative of a position of each minutia relative to the feature. The processor is then caused to combine the digital fingerprint string(s) with a first cryptographic salt to generate a first hash. The first hash is compared to a first hash signature to determine if the first hash represents an authentic fingerprint. If authentic, the processor combines the digital fingerprint string(s) with a second cryptographic salt to generate a second hash. This second hash is transmitted to one or more servers.

  • Patent number: 10372938
Abstract: A method of using tokens to securely process actions for protected resources may include receiving a request to activate a token associated with a resource with rules governing an action associated with the resource and a signature by a first computer system. The method may also include verifying the signature by the first computer system, and assigning a token identifier to the resource. The method may additionally include receiving the token identifier from a second computer system and a request to perform the action associated with the resource, and determining whether the rules governing the action have been met. The method may further include performing, based on a determination that the one or more rules governing the action have been met, the action associated with the resource.
