Patents Assigned to Tokushu Kika Kogyo Kabushiki Kaisha
  • Patent number: 5582484
Abstract: An apparatus for agitating a treatment liquid has a vessel for containing therein the treatment liquid. A turbine is rotatably provided inside the vessel. The turbine has a radius which extends close to an internal surface of the vessel. The turbine is rotated at a peripheral velocity of above about 20 m/sec by an electric motor. A flow cutoff ring is disposed along the internal surface of the vessel in a position above the turbine. When the treatment liquid is rotated by the turbine at a high speed, the treatment liquid is brought into a close contact with an internal surface of the vessel in a shape of a substantially hollow cylindrical film.

  • Patent number: 4834549
Abstract: A mixing machine has a rotor which can be displaced along an axis. The rotor and its drive shaft are rotatably supported by a casing and a cylindrical shaft respectively. A motor for driving the rotor is mounted on a support connected to the end of the cylindrical shaft. The cylindrical shaft can be displaced along the axis. At the lowermost position, holes in a plate of the casing communicate with a discharge port in the structure supporting the cylindrical shaft, whereby rotation of the rotor forces the tank contents out the discharge port.

  • Patent number: 4830293
Abstract: A homogenizing apparatus has a number of grinding units made up of rotatable grinding members mounted in sequence on a drive shaft and corresponding fixed grinding members connected in sequence and supported only by the support frame which rotatably supports the drive shaft. The grinding surface of each rotatable grinding member opposes the grinding surface of a corresponding fixed grinding member, thereby forming a number of grinding zones. The raw material to be ground passes through all of the grinding zones in sequence. Complex pairs of grinding members can be added or removed to achieve the desired degree of grinding.

  • Patent number: 4637555
Abstract: A circulation type homogenizing apparatus for treating raw material liquids, which utilizes a main cylindrical barrel with a subsidiary barrel centrally located therein and a pair of mating grinding disks arranged to provide a homogenizing action for the liquid passed therethrough. The raw feed liquid containing fine particulate solids is introduced into the main barrel and centrifugally forced from the lower stationary portion of an inner subsidiary barrel by rotary tandem blade tubes into the gap between the mating grinding disks. Both grinding disks have teeth and grooves on the grinding surfaces, and the upper disk is rotated relative to the stationary lower disk by a driving motor mounted above the main barrel. From the grinding disks a portion of the homogenized liquid is recirculated back through the subsidiary barrel and grinding disks gap for further treatment, while the remainder of the homogenized material is withdrawn from around the upper end of the main barrel.
