Abstract: A friction sound-preventing surface-treating agent is composed of an acryl-vinyl chloride based paint resin, and 2-60 wt % of spherical and/or non-spherical polyurethane particles having an average particle diameter of 1-50 .mu.m as a solid component relative to said acryl-vinyl chloride based paint resin.

Abstract: Molded articles of thermoplastic elastomer obtained in accordance with the present invention comprise a molded product prepared from a thermoplastic elastomer containing a partially cross-linked product of ethylene/.alpha.-olefin copolymer rubber and a polyolefin resin, a primer layer containing at least one compound selected from the group of saturated polyesters and chlorinated polyolefins and formed on the surface of said molded article, and a topcoat layer containing at least one compound selected from the group of saturated polyesters, acrylic ester resins, polyvinyl chloride and polyisocyanate (provided that the topcoat layer contains at least the acrylic ester resin when the primer layer consists only of the saturated polyester) and formed on said primer layer.
