Abstract: The ultra high speed movement telescopic cover which comprises multiple pieces of partial covers using metallic film of high tensile strength multiple layer texture stainless steel which comprises 17% Cr˜2% Ni content but with mixed quality of mild ferritic phase, hard maltensitic phase and fine mixed texture and are stacked so as to be able to slide each other, fitted with metallic film blade made of 0.01˜0.3 mm thickness and of carbon content 0.03˜0.1%, Chromium content 10˜20% steel or stainless steel onto one or whole sliding portions of the said telescopic cover, fitted with one or multiple pieces of pantograph onto each partial cover and the end of said telescopic cover thus constructed is fixed to the moving device of main spindle head etc.
