Abstract: A coating tool has a printer head capable of securing a smooth traveling of a transfer tape having a correcting paint or a paste applied thereto by preventing adhesion of the transfer tape to the printer head thereby securely transferring and coating the correcting paint or paste to the surface of a target object.
Abstract: A film transfer apparatus includes a mechanism which is adapted to prevent a reverse rotation of a take-up reel (8) for a tape. The mechanism is formed of a check claw (29) and reverse rotation preventing teeth (30). The check claw and one of the teeth are engaged with each other firmly and reliably. When the check claw should be broken or deformed to cause the function thereof to become incomplete, only the member provided with the check claw needs to be renewed easily by a simple operation. A check pin (23) inserted from the outer side of a cartridge unit (2) into a cylindrical retainer shaft (20) on which the take-up reel is rotatably mounted is combined in one body rotationally with the take-up reel. The check pin is engaged in a reverse rotation preventing manner in a tightly winding direction with respect to the cartridge unit.
Abstract: A film transfer apparatus capable of carrying out a transfer tape replacement operation easily. In an apparatus body formed by separably combining a main case member (4) and a covering case member (5) with each other to a body, a boss (14) of a feed gear (12) is fitted in a pressure contacting state around an inner cylinder of an intermediate connecting member (22) which has a double cylindrical portion of the inner cylinder and an outer cylinder, and the intermediate connecting member is engaged with and rotatably supported on a support shaft (28) having a locking portion (31), which is provided on an inner surface of the main case member with a feed reel fitted around the outer cylinder so that the feed reel can be engaged with the same. The covering case member (5) is provided on an inner surface thereof with a support shaft (25) on and with which the feed reel and a take-up reel are supported rotatably and engaged.
Abstract: A coating film transfer apparatus capable of affixing a transfer coating film on a surface of a base tape to a desired location of a paper or the like accurately and easily with a strong adhesive performance and cutting off an excessive portion of a transferred coating film accurately and beautifully. A bottom end face 9b of a pressing lever 9 for guiding a coating film provided tape or a corrective tape 12 provided in a case 1 and pressing it onto a paper surface 13 is formed in a flat surface having a width in the back and forth direction and a front edge thereof is formed in a sharp linear angle edge.
Abstract: An applicator for transferring a transfer material like a correction paint or paste from a transfer tape to a substate surface comprises an elastic tongue piece 8 having a tip 8′ as part of a transfer head 7. The tip 8′ has a curved discharge or downstream surface 10 whose radius of curvature is between 0.75 and 1.5 mm and a curved transfer or upstream surface 11 whose radius of curvature is between 1.5 and 2.5 mm. Both of these curved surfaces 10 and 11 are connected with each other to provide a large transferring surface 12 which ensures that the transfer material can properly be transferred onto a substrate surface over a wide range and that the transfer tape can pass the tip in a smooth and continuous manner.
Abstract: A coating tool is provided which is adapted to transfer a paste or a correcting paint from a transfer tape to a target object. The coating tool comprises a main body housing therein a supply reel and a supply reel gear, supported by a first shaft, and a take-up reel and a take-up reel gear, supported by a second shaft. According to one embodiment of the present invention the coating tool includes an annular rib formed on the cylindrical portion of the supply reel gear and an elastic edging strip, for holding and engaging the supply reel gear, formed on the inner wall surface of the engagement hole of the supply reel and positioned between the annular rib and the supply reel gear. Accordingly, the delivery and taking-up of the transfer tape can be performed smoothly and securely without the thermal deformation of the elastic edging strip.
Abstract: A pen point for a marking pen having a pen tip which includes a base portion formed by bundling polyester-type synthetic fibers having a fiber diameter of denier between about 1 and about 10, dipping the bundle in a synthetic resin adhesive and drying and solidifying the bundle. The resulting bundle is molded into a knife cut shape and integrally coated, together with the base portion, with a coating member formed of a thermoplastic synthetic resin, the thickness of said coating member being between about 0.01 and about 2.00 mm. In the present invention, the tip of the pen point for the marking pen is coated with a coating member formed of a thermoplastic synthetic resin such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polyacetal or vinyl chloride, whereby the side surfaces in which the ink in the pen point is soaked are not exposed.
Abstract: A transfer head 9 of a coating film transfer tool 1 includes a tape supply surface 11 in which a transfer object surface side thereof is flat and a tape winding surface 12 in which a top end of an opposite side thereto is curved such that it is swollen outward. Both the surfaces intersect with each other so as to form a transfer edge 9 in a straight line. As a result, a beginning point of the coating film on the coating film transfer tape can be confirmed securely and the stiffness of the transfer head is improved thereby making it possible to cut the coating film sharply.
