Abstract: A cleansing fabric and a method for manufacturing cleansing fabric wherein in the method, separative type ultrafine fiber and highly shrinkable polyester fiber are circular knitted or interlaced such that the highly shrinkable polyester fiber is interposed between the separative ultrafine fibers to obtain a three-layered knitted structure and subjecting the three-layered structure to dyeing. The separative type ultrafine fiber is obtained by conjugate spinning of hydrophilic nylon and lipophilic polyester.

Abstract: A shape-memory polyester prepolymer is prepared with at least one kind of dicarboxylic acid component and at least one kind of diol, triol or polyol component in such a way to have unsaturated end group, wherein the dicarboxylic acid component comprises aromatic dicarboxylic acid in an amount of not less than 80% by mole based on the total mole of the dicarboxylic acid component; the diol component comprises a diol containing 2-10 carbon atoms in an amount of not less than 80% by mole based on the total mole of the diol component; a repeating unit of the ester bond ranging in number from 2 to 50; and the end group has crosslinkable, ethylenically unsaturated bond. The prepolymer shows particularly excellent heat resistance and excellent chemical resistance and also exhibits excellent transparency.
Abstract: A flame-retardant magnetic composite resin composition is provided which comprises 10 to 50% by weight of a binder resin mixture containing 100 parts by weight of a polyamide resin and suitable amounts of the following components (A) to (G), and 50 to 90% by weight of a magnetic powder of which the surface is treated with a surface-modifying agent.______________________________________ (A) Phenol 0.01 to 2.0 parts by weight (B) Thiophosphate compound 0.001 to 0.5 parts by weight (C) Copper compound 0.0001 to 0.05 parts by (based on copper weight content) (D) Bromine or nitrogen 10 to 30 parts by weight containing flame- retardant agent (E) Flame-retardant 2.5 to 7.5 parts by weight synergist ______________________________________The composition of the present invention, which is endowed with a high heat resistance and significantly improved physical properties and processability, may also include 0.001 to 0.5 parts by weight of an alkali metal halogenide compound and 0.2 to 1.0 parts by weight of a lubricant.

Abstract: Thermoplastic elastomer having excellent processability and physical properties is provided by the composition:(A) monoolefin copolymer rubber: 20 to 90 parts by weight(B) crystalline poly-alpha olefin resin: 5 to 70 parts by weight(C) mineral oil-type oil: 5 to 100 parts by weight with respect to (A) plus (B)(D) polyolefin-type wax: 5 to 60 parts by weight with respect to (A) plus (B)(E) butyl rubber: 0.1 to 10 parts by weight with respect to (A) plus (B)in the extruder and then are dynamically partial cross-linked together with a certain amount of organic peroxide, cross-linking aids and coupling agents in the extruder.
