Abstract: A backside protection sheet for a solar cell module comprising a stacked material formed by successively stacking an alumina vapor deposited polyester film, a white polyester film and a polyester film in which 60% or more of tensile elongation is maintained in both a machine direction and a transverse direction of the film after the film is stored in high-pressure steam of 140° C. for 10 hours, wherein a shrinkage percentage of said backside protection sheet at a time of heat-treating at 150° C. for 30 minutes is 0.5% or less in both the machine direction and the transverse direction.
