    Abstract: Problem To provide a polyurethane elastic yarn having good heat setting properties in a wide temperature range and high thermal adhesive strength in a wide temperature range while also maintaining its elastic properties (permanent deformation and elongation). Solution A polyurethane elastic yarn comprising polyurethane polymer [A] and polyurethane polymer [B] below, wherein the ratio of polyurethane polymer [A] to polyurethane polymer [B] in terms of parts by mass is from 1:99 to 30:70 or from 70:30 to 99:1, the exothermic peak (crystallization peak) of the polyurethane elastic yarn as measured by a differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) is in the range from 110° C. to 210° C., and the heat capacity at the exothermic peak is 3.0 J/g or more and 100 J/g or less.
