Abstract: The present invention provides a metallic fiber nonwoven fabric manufacturing apparatus mainly including a metallic fiber manufacturing apparatus (7), an ejection nozzle heater (5), a metallic fiber flying apparatus (6), a nonwoven fabric surface density control mechanism, a method for manufacturing an aluminum fiber fabric by using the metallic fiber nonwoven fabric manufacturing apparatus, and a method for manufacturing a laminated aluminum material. By using the metallic fiber nonwoven fabric manufacturing apparatus, manufacture of a high-quality metallic fiber nonwoven fabric and manufacture of an aluminum fiber nonwoven fabric are possible. Further, manufacture of a laminated aluminum material is also possible.
Abstract: The present invention provides a membranous-vibration sound absorbing material which can achieve not only good sound absorbing characteristics, workability and strength but also transparency. The membranous-vibration sound absorbing material can also achieve dust-proof and dust-free properties when necessary and can be suitably used for application in clean rooms and the like.
Abstract: A porous metallic material of the present invention is constructed of a laminate consisting of an expanded metal and a fibrous metallic fiber both of which are pressed to be joined to each other under pressure. This porous metallic material is excellent in bending strength and workability. The porous metallic material may be laminated to a honeycomb structural element and a rigid plate so as to form a porous structural material. To this porous metallic material may be also laminated a decorative layer so as to form a porous decorative sound absorbing material. The present invention provides the above-mentioned products and method for manufacturing the same.
