The instruction device further causes another one of the plurality of transport devices to transfer the article with the worker via a take-out device in a second section adjacent to the second area. The determinator determines the own UL/DL switching timing based on the shared information. The synchronization controller sets the own UL/DL switching timing to the determined UL/DL switching timing.
